Black HTC Splash

Tried out the new LVSW full version, but WM5torage didn't work. So went back to Black ED. 1.1. And to my surprise, the black HTC splash carried over! How cool is that, to be all black- screened from the beginning

there is nothing surprise there, you install the full LVSW which has black splash screen, then flash the black edition 1.1 which has only the OS. so the splash screen stays.

Oh, well I still think its cool... (Besides, I just learned something new.)

2nd of 3 splash screens still there

I have a US Tmobile branded TP2. The first splash screen is a pink square on white background with white lettering in the square and says "Stick Together". This is now replaced
The 3rd splash screen is WM6.1 and is now replaced
However, the 2nd screen is animated and shows a bunch of pink words scrambling around and they all come together to form a pink square on white background with white lettering in the square and says "Stick Together".
How can I replace the 2nd screen? Also, on my first screen (custom), how can I get rid of the red lettering on the bottom?

I used the Official HTC Splash screen posted below, and it replaced all the TMob stuff.

I saw your post in that thread....Mine was replaced with a HTC animation, maybe it came from NRGs ROM. I made both of those changes about the same time.

Mine has the .png files for the first and third screens, but I can't seem to find a .gif file to replace the gay pink words floating around on the second screen.

I see many threads on changing the boot animation, but is there a way to turn the HTC screen (that comes before the animation) to an animation itself?

no... but with the new s-off, you can at least change it so that it is a different picture, the reason for not changing it is because the Bootanimation is a well yes animation, whereas teh splash screen is only a single picture ;

I don't suppose anyone has tried to copy/convert the black htc screen that has a green loading bar when you are flashing an RUU to a boot animation?
just thought it'd make a more interesting screen to boot up than the white htc quietly brilliant for a little while....

ya i would like this aswell it looks good the last time i use a ruu

I may have a little dig in the ruu sometime see if I can find anything and make my own...

You know.....with the Android logo on the bottom. I think it would be great along with my other phones....
