To the guys at xda, I'd appreciate a feature to search within a specific thread in the android app. I vs search in the general but not in the specific thread I'm in. Thanks! Much appreciated for all the woe you guys have done so far!

It's an easy enough mistake to make .
Why did this cease?
I am wondering about this too. I used it just fine yesterday. Really need this feature to get through the the bigger threads (e.g. "Post Your Homescreen" in Android Themes is over 5000 pages)
It's being looked into
Search within a thread would be a very reasonable feature for the web frontend IMHO.

Sorry, I think I was blind. I've found the search box now.

@Chris,
Why delete? All information is good information. Now we know that:
1) Point UI is difficult to uninstall and
2) that ljinsane is sarcastic in an unfunny sort of way.

Hello all!
I just succeed hacking my German Vodafone!!
Im now running the fast cyanogenMOD (it's like having a bran new phone).
I don't know much about hacking so I don't have that much to contribute to this forum. But I have this one thing that I can give to you guys (beside the redbulls and beers I donated )
I have made this picture because I was so tired of the "red screen of death"

Love the picture, how do I load it over the lovely vodafone splash screen at the start?
Well thanks for sharing but could this please be moved the the "Sapphire Themes and Wallpapers" section where it belong ?

How do I move it? Don't see that function in the "thread tools"
he was asking a forum moderator and he's right. but I have a mytouch and found this article helpful so maybe they could just COPY it instead of moving it thanks.
I'll take care of it.
For future reference you can report the post and I'll come swooping in to move it.
Moving thread.
I've just started to use Google Chrome and xda-developers.com is looking very weird in this browser compared to Firefox. A lot of the graphics are missing and the colours are different.
I have attached two screenshots of the same site but from each browser, so you can see what I'm talking about.
Is this a general thing or have I missed a setting i Chrome?
Thank you.

Firefox:
Scroll to the bottom of the page. In the bottom left corner there's a dropdown with "xda classic" and "xda 2010" in it. They're different themes for the site.
Thank you!
believe it or not, some mods (and admin ) still prefer to use the old yellow theme!
Weird eh

Its easier to give "Feedback" in this manner than make an additional post.
I'm on a factory unlocked note10+ with verizon service. Is there a way I can put the star wars theme on my phone?
You need to flash the firmware that contains such theme, there is a thread regarding this topic
https://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-note-10+/themes/star-wars-theme-galaxy-note-10-star-t4005689
Don't be lazy, do a search before openning a new thread

You say that, but even searching with the proper search terms brings up a result that is exactly what was linked to you.
Perhaps it is not the search that is at fault but the user performing the search, or lack there of.

Ok, but now that my phone has installed Android 10 & One UI 2 the theme I installed doesn't work. I didn't flash firmware, just created the theme. Is there a process to get the theme to work?
