I'm sure most of us here have heard of this leaked app that is supposedly an early music app for Honeycomb. Just thought i'd share a link to a site to download it.
Link to download site: http://www.droid-life.com/2010/12/27/download-honeycomb-music-player-from-google-io/
Youtube video showcasing this early dev build: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SZGw8TxCtNg&feature=related
** This is assumed to be a leaked early developer version! I had no hand in developing this! I'm not responsible for any damage that installing this app may cause, just delivering the message!
Enjoy!
Looks pretty sweet, a lot better than the current music app. Thanks for this.
Been running the app for 2 days... no fc's or problems at all... its about time they cleaned up the crappy stock music player.
Teleported with mind bullets via XDA App.
Yeah, i'm diggin the color fade between screens.
Whouda thought Android would have a bit of gangster in it? lol
Would love to have an eq though, unless i'm missing it.
woot thanks for sharing. just installed it.
Just installed, now time to remove the default app, thought this was going to replace it but didnt lol
It replaced my stock music app. But my question is, what is that jumper test for?

How do I uninstall the default player. I have the gold symbol and the original blue. I like the new touches. Especially how it displays the album art. That's neat lol

using titaniam back up just unistall the music player i think the version is 2.x.x
or just set the 3.0 music version to default...
i unistalled due to the bugginess still, and all the battery it burned... it also used a lot of RAM... i did enjoy the new look tho, will be cool to use when the complete version is out...
I like the coloring and much nicer looking set up.

You won't be able to remove the stock music app without root. You need write access to /system/app to modify the contents.
Whats the additional jumper app for?

looks great but not always so smooth. My music sometimes gets choppy when I'm doing other things sadly D:
Just downloaded it from the Market and damn, the best browser just got even better! I'm loving the new UI!

thanks for the heads up!
I JUST uninstalled this browser for something called maxathon or something. Guess I'm going back to dolphin xD

Awesome... great app.
Recent update helped, but 5.0 is refusing to load every few pages. Seems like a pretty widespread thing looking at the reviews. Hope they fix it soon!

The newest version of opera mobile is the best browser out at the moment, super smooth scrolling and no hw acceleration yet!

The current 5.0.1 should fix that.

Nope, it "alleviated" some of the loading, but 4.6 is still much faster. They'll work it out eventually.

No kiddin'! It's really nice! But it's not displaying some pages properly and it isn't recognizing/converting pages like ESPN.com into the mobile version.
It's a great alternative to Dolphin HD though! Thanks for the heads up!
Yeah I am using opera mobile, the newest version.

Yeah, the only problem, and the reason I stopped using Opera, is that it doesn't parse Youtube links correctly, and it's amazing how many of those I realize that I run across now that it doesn't work right.
I'll give Dolphin 5 a shot, using Miren right now. I just wish these stupid browsers would have HW acceleration like Opera (seems) to have. Everything is just so slow and choppy. Not sure if it's my live wallpaper that's doing it or not, but it's annoying.
Great

Cool. Thanks.
Opera Mobile for me. The pure smoothness and speed is unparalleled.
Interface-wise, Firefox is tops though. Too bad it's way too slow

Turned the "mobile view" setting ON, and somewhat works for that site.
Just tried seems like it loaded some sort of mobile page, but looks like its missing some graphics elements, not sure how it is supposed to look. Anyway, screen big enough for me to use full site, i basically hate when something forces to load the mobile site instead.
Just looking to see what people are using for their internet browsers on the One X... at the minute im just using the stock but looking to change.
Had artefacts on screen with stock so gone back to trusty Dolphin HD, which is much more fully featured anyway
Chrome beta.
Used to use Opera a lot.
Maxthon is supposed to be good, but I hated it. Apparently flash works though.
Chrome Beta
Although scrolling can lag a bit on graphic heavy pages (is everyone having this problem?) compared to the stock browser, I actually prefer the slowness/responsiveness of the scrolling if that makes sense. Dare I say similar to the type of scrolling on an iPhone. Also love the pretty UI and being able to sync open tabs/bookmarks with the PC!
Downsides are the lag, no flash! and embedded youtube videos don't work even as links.
Only used the stock browser and chrome beta on my one X. On my desire I used stock, dolphin and sky fire.
Chrome beta is the best browser I have ever used on any mobile device, highly recommended!

Ics browser+ but I intend to try out chrome too.

I used the stock browser for 5 minutes before getting frustrated with activating the menu.
A lot of people seemed to recommend Dolphin HD so I downloaded it and have to say it's pretty good. Fast, easy to switch tabs etc. Nice plug-in to switch between Desktop and mobile mode too.
Always used dolphin on my desire HD but decided to give the stock browser ago on my HOX,try as I might I can't find out save my bookmarks into separate folded like on dolphin can in be done?

Install this with chrome https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.nightshadelabs.anotherbrowser
In chrome select menu, share, flashify, then browser ..... to switch to the stock browser easily if you need flash.

Was deciding on my browser and im between stock and chrome.
I also think many of you will be put into the dilemma since chrome is pre-installed on jelly bean. So im wondering what everyone else is using. I like chrome but it doesn't have full-screen options or flash but i presume chrome is faster(is it?)
anyone have a comparison between the 2?
Chrome seems to be a hog so I have been using ICS Browser + as it's light weight, full featured and is fast!
Sent from my EVO LTE using xda premium
Chrome was only the stock browser on the Nexus 7. There is a stock Android JB browser, I use it, it's fantastic.
I use Dolphin, it's working fine.
ICS Browser+ because Chrome still has some bugs
Dolphin - like the swipe sideways to bring up side bars. Seems to do everything I need it to do and is relatively nippy. Don't usr the voice or gestures actions though.

I was using stock browser, but now chrome is the best i can have. Simple and fast.

I use Opera Mobile. My bank's online app only works in Opera and I use it a lot and also Opera is a fast fully featured browser. I recommend it

Used to use stock on HD2 (cyanogen 370) for quite long, then switched to Dolphin.
Tried Dolphin on HOX, no issues but swtiched to chrome since its really faster.
Finally Opera Mini, since dont know how but it uses less power.
I'm using Chrome at the moment

Stock browser. I like using the default apps if they're good, for the aesthetic reasons. And I actually find the stock browser to be better performance and feature wise, so it's a win-win.
I am using mozilla Aurora on the HOX and quite like it .Aurora is still in beta but seems to work fine for me
Boat Browser
I use opera mini next for just reading News, opera Mobile for Full Internet experience
Sent from my HTC One X using xda app-developers app
The stock HTC one, I love it because even though I'm running jellybean its the only one I've used that works with flash properly without crashing. Obviously this isnt an issue for ICS users

Chrome even if I think it's too laggy but the tab sync is essential for me.

Above and also android pro widgets is really good for faceache, twitter, calendar, and lots more all in one app.
Optinostical
I don't use the official Facebook either, takes up way to much space and the amount of permissions it requires are crazy! So third-party applications seem to be best for the space issue. However it all depends on your personal taste. FBtouch is a personal favourite of my mine, however I think it's being pulled already.... Can't seem to track it down again.
check this topic http://techdeville.com/2012/09/21/5-of-the-best-facebook-android-apps/
'Scope' is a new app for facebook, twitter and few other social networks. Seems to be a nice app.
developer says it's still in beta. So there maybe some bugs. I didn't try it out myself.
