Re-package the bluetooth stack from cm in order to allow wiimote use with other roms, specifically one in which FM works?

The only reason I want to use an AOSP ROM is to use a Wii controller, which is a little absurd. Is there really no way of getting it to work?
If not, are there any relatively cheap bluetooth controllers that DO work? Virtual buttons just don't work very well with some games, especially Mario.
Not that I know of. The main reason I went with aosp is cuz of wii remote. Bluetooth stack in sense is beat so its a no go unless there is a dev here that can incorporate aosp into sense which Idk is possible

i read this on official forum
[Android 4.2... Google removed BlueZ layer so now your joystick does'nt work on the new jelly bean. Hope you can upgrade your firmware otherwise your paddle is no more compatible with Android.]
like in the subject, i can't pair Snakebyte iDroid:con with Galaxy Nexus with Android 4.2.1 (CM10.1) ...is it possibile to do that with SixAxis or Bluez IME? i have no succes with it.. Bluez doesn't mention PS3 controller like device to control..
anyone with an idea?
thanks..

New Bluetooth stack
Android 4.2 introduces a new Bluetooth stack optimized for use with Android devices. The new Bluetooth stack developed in collaboration between Google and Broadcom replaces the stack based on BlueZ and provides improved compatibility and reliability.
I have been looking for a good gaming controller and I think I have found what I am looking for, Gameklip. The only issue I have is that it is not supported by Sense roms, AOSP roms work just fine but Sense does not come with the right bluetooth policy for the sixaxis app to connect with the PS3 controller.
I was wondering, is anyone familiar with the bluetooth policy makes the PS3 controller work, that AOSP roms have but Sense doesnt?
Does the new moga controllers work with sense?

Its not a bluetooth policy its a bluetooth stack (the code). AFAIK HTC phones do not support many bluetooth devices without an aosp/cm based rom. It is unlikely stock htc one will support the sixaxis or an HID keyboard etc.
Sixaxis does not work with our stock rom, I am trying to learn enough about what sixaxis needs to work in order to get the controller working for the HTC One. I have seen some flashable zips and edits for the kernel/build.prop that have been developed to get sixaxis working with roms/devices that did not originally support it.
Also, going over the supported devices for Gameklip it says the HTC One X+ is supported for a wired connection to the ps3 controller.
You could use a USB OTG cable and sixaxis from the play store if you are rooted.
Hi
Does anyone know for sure which AVRCP version the official Sony 6.2.B.1.96 Jellybean firmware supports? My understanding is that plain vanilla Android from Google still only supports version 1.0, providing playback controls but no media metadata (requires version 1.3) or browsing (requires version 1.4). I know that Samsung supports the higher versions in its Android phones, I was wondering if Sony did too?
My reason for asking is that my car's BT module doesn't support AVRCP at all, but I have the opportunity to upgrade to a newer one which supports AVRCP 1.4. I'm just wondering what features I can expect to get from that phone & BT module combination.
I own an international SGS2 with Cyanogenmod 11. Would love to use FM radio. Tried Spirit FM light. Horrible. Would rather avoid to spend 5€ for unlocked version.
How about extracting apk from original Samsung firmware? Should it work or not?
It won't work. The Samsung FM radio app needs Samsung-modified framework components that aren't available as source. Spirit FM is the only choice for non-stock firmware and built-in radio chips.
The other alternative would be an RTL2832 USB TV tuner connected via a USB OTG cable, an external antenna, and SDR Touch app. That's probably not what you want.
Reexxxxx, !! i know how you feel, i ended using spirit. Spirit is good but its not as the stock fm. Thats the only thing we got bro !
RTL2832 USB TV via a USB OTG is huge battery drain and SDR Touch costs more that SpiritFM. On the other hand you may receive a lot more that with built in radio. I would for for SpiritFM unless you want to listen to police/taxi radio .
Try the new Spirit2 Free release: http://forum.xda-developers.com/apps/spirit-fm/app-spirit2-free-source-real-fm-radio-t2951455
