Can anyone make a live wallpaper of Box jellyfish swimming?

So there are quite a few APOD (Astonomy Picture of the Day) wallpaper changers, live wallpapers that autochange your homescreen wallpaper each day. However Id like JUST my lockscreen wallpaper to be autochanged each day with the APOD. Is this possible? or is it only possible to autochange homscreen wallpapers?

I've seen the opposite done... apps in the Play store that make live wallpapers into daydreams.
I would like to see 4.3's "colors" daydream as a live wallpaper. Is it possible? Thanks.
So i installed the new Mi live wallpaper but now im not able to put the normal wallpapers. Every normal wallpaper automatically changes into live wallpaper. Also it shows this in live wallpaper. its blank but i can click this but nothing happens. Could someone help me fix this?

im using nova launcher and for static images i can get the picture to span across all my launcher pages with wallpaper changer. but im trying to find a live wallpaper that can play my .mp4 files and to span these across the same way to get a scrollable live wallpaper from my own .mp4 file. so far they are all static and not scrollable horizontally.
Does anyone know if there is such a app like wallpaper changer but for .mp4 files?
