Sorry for a noob question but on some places why is the phone called HTC Desire Graphite?
They are probably referring to the colour of the device. Graphite is gray-blackish, there are also bronze/brown or silver devices. Sorry you didn't spot the next gen Desire

Yes, HTC Bravo was the codename for the Desire.
Here in Norway the phone hasn't arrived yet, but for those of you who have gotten it; How is your first impression?

I have a silver one, and it is i believe more scratch resistant, cuz its tougher to see any scratches... and the back site doesnt show smudgy fingerprints

because the Desire is cheaper than X10?
because the Desire has a display with 16M colors while X10 has only 65k colors?
because the Desire has AMOLED beautiful display while X10 has TFT?
because the Desire has pinch-to-zoom while the X10 doesnt?
because the Desire has 576MB RAM while X10 only has 384MB RAM?
because the Desire has Android 2.1 while X10 is dreaming about it and only has Android 1.6?
because the Desire has Radio with Radio Data System RDS while the X10 doesnt have RDS?
please tell me which part of what i mentioned that makes the Desire sux and x10 rocks

You can find the belcompany at the streets "Dam" and "Rokin".
Better said,its almost impossible for a tourist to miss it They've got a bunch of stores in Amsterdam. If you buy a phone without a contract it is sim free.

greedy - a friend bought a new unbranded, un-simlocked desire for 340€ - thats 20€ less than you want for a used one
£320? That's a joke a new one is only about £350?!
That's way too expensive plus only post this in the marketplace not the desire general section.

Hello,
anybody has updated information on the Desire 7060? I purchased this phone today in china. But i have a hard time finding a customized firmware. I hate the one china unicom put on the phone.
Please let me know if there are any options...
