If you are talking about Virus's Kingdom rom, he doesn't use Darktremor. You don't need to do anything to get A2SD to work. Just partition your card, flash the rom and it runs on first boot.
Thanks guys you have been very very helpful

The developer of su stated on his website that the binary cannot be updated if it is installed in /sbin, because that directory is actually a part of boot.img, which remains read only even if the system partition is mounted with read-write access. This is exactly how it is installed in SRF 1.2 (and probably all earlier versions, as well as several other Epic roms).
Rom developers will need to change the su install directory in order for the su app to be able to update the binary.

Flash this thru recovery: http://dinc.does-it.net/SuperUser/SuperUser_3.0.7.zip It will update the su app and binary. Also make sure busybox is installed correctly.

Boot up the phone and use a file explorer to go to /system/bin and make sure there is a file called su. Also try to go to the mannage applications menu and clear the data for the superuser app. If it still dosent work i would try reflashing cwm thru hboot and then try flashing superuser again.

A few days ago I rooted my GNexus, now apps can't access the internal storage. I can't take pictures, and I can't download from the internets. I've tried AOKP and ParanoidAndroid.

+1 on fixing permission
You can do that by installing ROM manager then scroll down and click on fix permission

I've tried fixing permissions twice, first by using CWM Touch, and then with ROM Manager.
Nothing works.

What?
It's a Linux command.
It changes the ownership of files and folders.
If you have any other directories/files that you can't modify or delete, then boot into CWM recovery, plug in the USB cable, go into adb shell. Also make sure that /data is mounted in the CWM mounts menu. Then:
cd /data/media
chown -R media_rw.media_rw *

No.
Then it must be a permission / owner issue.

SO, would anyone be up to decompiling, making said changes in this link http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2661715 to my Settings apk, and recompiling, because I get bunches of errors compiling with any tool I use. Here's my settings apk https://www.dropbox.com/s/f4w8kkagiwu9sri/SecSettings.apk any help is greatly appreciated.
Try decompiling with the switch to only decompile the source. There are probably res errors that are keeping it from compiling

Push to sdcard and then copy over with a root browser
The way the tool tries to do it is by remounting /system as read/write using adb remount, but that only works on an insecure boot.img
