Downgrade from wm6.1 to wm6 asus p535

hi there, now i got my p535 with Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional, CE OS 5.2.19716 (Build 19716.1.0.0 by vivi)..
I now have English edition, but i want italian language in my asus....
If i try to flash my rom with normal upgrade from asus's site Italian Rom WM6 , can i have My Asus in Italian or i will BRICK?????

ps: if i brick can i restore my pda with an other rom (like wm6.1)??

That would be great. Nowhere the 28014 is ported on Asus P320 as of now.
