Thanks. I feel a bit stupid. Didn´t know it was called RUU roms
It´s floating with ´em
But remember that if you flash a official ROM you will loose root access and have to root again
Just FYI

I think that DeFrost reports that you run Google Nexus One to your PC.
You should have a 2.1 rom for updating to stock

wont.. i tried using a goldcard and says: main version is older..
And running the RUU will result in nothing since my phone is branded qq lol
Why are you trying to remove it any way?
cause i need root and custom rom etc
Do you need to get s-on and stock hboot etc before running the RUU. I need to unroot so would running the 2.3 update be my quick and easy way to get it back to stock. I'm vodafone uk and don't have a goldcard lol

What would the difference between a European stock rom and a Bell Canada stock rom? I look forward to the stock rom. Thanks

I don't think so. I flash it and I turn my device back on and it's the same. And I supposed to keep all the files laying out on the desktop? And I'm supposed to wipe all my data right?

In order to avoid potential Force crashes amongst other issues it's generally advised to wipe via clockworkmod.
Well for a proper link to it, we'll need to know more like is your Wildfire S GSM or CDMA?

I managed to recover it but I not longer have root . And a lot of things are different from the Bell Stock rom. So I'm doing something else now. thanks though
Q
If you have lost root, there is a tutorial very easy to follow on how root your phone just look in the android development section
Flash "root.zip" located in this topic http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1195275 This should hopefully resolve your issue of losing root.
Actually i see no differences between EU and others other than the languages ... and why not flashing any RUU ?

That rom is for PrimoC is your phone the CDMA version or the PrimoU (GSM)?
If yours is a primoU then you cannot use the C's ROMS on your phone (will do exactly the same things you write down here). Try this instead. It is the same ROM just for GSM.
his is cdma
he used correct rom

route A
have you got the custom kernel installed (titanium) if so remove it, as it's not compatible with CDMA phones, and flash the stock boot.img for the VM\CDMA phone...then reinstall a rom..
Route B
there could be something up with the custom rom so try this one out, http://themikmik.com/showthread.php...e-V-Stock-ROM-Deodex-Odex&p=236726#post236726
odex for quicker boot, deodex for better long term performance

Hello to all,
i followed a guide to install android in the nand of my rhodium 100 with task29 method, but wasn't of this site. Can I go back to WinMo and how? My pc is based on Win7 64bit. Please help me.

Why did you post this in development?
No clue what you've done, you say you've used stuff from another site - so I'm not sure why you're asking for help here?
I'd say flash back WinMo. Problem solved.

You need to fastboot flash the ROM's boot.img. As every unlock thread says, you need to do so for every time you flash a ROM.
