override locale for apps - Desire General

Is there a way to set different locale for an application to override system wide settings? I want my Android to use English locale as default but for some applications I would like to use different settings.

How to set default language for all new email messages?

Please look into the screenshot:
I can set only one time. And when I compose a new message - I need to set again.
Is it possible to make default my desired language?
After some browsing in other forums here's an answer:
HKLM\nls\SystemLCID value (by default 409) should be changed to any other hex value (in my case - 427 for Windows Baltic).
Now I need to change the keyboard coz default doesn't support all Baltic characters (just part of them).
Have a nice day!!!

[Q] Enabling Google Now actions outside US? (setting alarm and such)

Right now if I use Google Now with cyanogenmod, if I say something like "set alarm at 8 o'clock" it will perform a Google search for that phrase.
I've set the voice language to English and I'm in the Netherlands.
Edit - Found the solution! Needed to set the entire system language to English.

No more personal dictionary?

So, is it just my phone, or is everyone else completely lacking a personal dictionary? There is no dictionary in the settings or LG keyboard settings, and even if you install the stock Google keyboard from the play store, there is no where to add words/shortcuts. Is this right? Cause that's pretty horrific that LG disables the Google keyboard dictionary/shortcuts and provides none of its own for you to add words.
PS, I know I can type in the word and click add, but there's still no place to add shortcuts, and no way to manage the words individually. I even have dictionary sync enabled in the latest Google Keyboard, but with no dictionary on the phone, it does absolutely nothing.
Click on word suggestions if it's checked.
LG Dictionary
You also need to click on the text of Suggestions to see the dictionary. However, when you open the dictionary, you still won't be able to create shortcuts. That function is blocked.
I'm not sure about the LG Keyboard (as I've uninstalled it on my phone) but, if you install the Google Keyboard, you can go to Settings>Language & Input. Next, click on the settings button for Google Keyboard and go to Text Correction. There you will find the Personal Dictionary and options to add shortcuts.
Hope this helps.
You can create a shortcut to the user dictionary for the LG keyboard using quickshortcutmaker. You can also use Google keyboard to make entries in the user dictionary with shortcuts that will then work with the LG keyboard.
It's now under Settings > Language & Imput > (your keyboard name ie: LG Keyboard) > Word Suggestions > Personal Dictionary

Question Language settings

I feel like I'm taking crazy pills. Can anyone tell me where the watch's language settings are? Is it dependant on the phone? I set it up in English but I want to change it after the fact. Cheers.
Guess I should have troubleshooted further. Changing my phone's language to the desired one(for the watch) changed the language on the watch. With Android 13 came the ability to change language on a per app basis. Unfortunately, Google hasn't added that ability to their own pixel watch app. Very Google.
