@ not working on keyboard

I know there is a US keyboard fix for this phone and for the Windows Mobile 6.1 platform. I have tried that fix quite a few times and I STILL can't use my @ symbol. It's doing some weird ASCII symbol instead. Every other key works just fine just not my @ key. I'm getting aggravated as hell when I can't even set up my freaking internet connection because I need the @ to do it!!

It's not TMobile it's AT&T and I already installed the RUU_Excalibur_WM61_Kavana_080314_WWE.exe file. The only key I'm having issues with even before the fix is the @ key. Everything else worked before I even installed the fix.

Doesn't matter what network it is, read the noob guide and dowload Tegic eT9 install and reboot....

lol How are you going to call me a noob when obvious you can't read a post? I plainly stated that I already installed Windows Mobile 6.1 and the US keyboard fix that you mentioned already. I'm far from a noob. This is the only problem I have ran into that I couldn't fix on my own but I can see I have completely wasted my time here when a senior member of a forums can't even read a thread. You might want to take a look in the mirror and you might actually see the noob you are talking about.

first off, he said "noob guide", he didnt call you a newbie. I have gone there for files before and I am far from a newbie as well.
Second off, if the keymap isnt working, why not just edit your own keymap. At least look at it and see whats going on. If the values are correct, it may be a hardware issue.

It's just i don't have the gix power, wonda if there is .cab to sort it out???

Need a "Jump to your device" option for T-Mobile USA HTC HD2

When I type "HD2" into the Jump to box there is no option for the T-Mobile USA HTC HD2. It would be great if one was added.

I don't see it, in the "Jump to your device" dialog an option when I type "HD2". The only options that show are for the non-US versions.

I see a HD2 option for TMobile.
However, it links to the wrong place .
I'll add this to svetius's todo list.

hello i am very new to this forum but i have heard xda is the place for anything cell phones.
i just recently got a tp2 and my carrier is sprint.
what must i do to my phone to get the most out of it? and is there a way to run att's tilt on my tp2?

Fist thing is to read, search and learn.
Now regarding your post...It's a little confusing
You have Sprint, right? CDMA Service
You got a TP2, right? GSM required
You want to turn your TP2 into a Tiltl II? Got me there

i saw att's tilt and the main screen i thought was a lot cleaner, meaning less **** on it. clock and calendar. any way i can customize it so i only have that. i want to be able to see more than 1 event at a time.

There you go...so, you want the Tilt2 screen on your phone?
Have you visited the TP2 section and looked at the custom ROM (the operational system)?
I will advice you to do so. Read "everything" and don't skip a single step.

yes it does. i looked through the forum and found alot of roms but with the roms i need the function of a windows phone for work but i want to be able to see more than just one event on my calendar at a time on the home screen

Try NRG's Co0kie.23XXX or DotComp Deepshinig. By using CHT you'll be able to edit the amount of events.

The look on the ATT Tilt2 is not really specific to ATT. Only thing specific to ATT is the ugly blue theme and wallpaper.
The HTC homepage interface is Sense, and 2.5 is the latest and prettiest. Find a custom ROM you like which includes Sense 2.5 and the Cookie Home Tab (a user made mod), and customize away.

Hi. I apologize in advance if thos has already been talked about in the forum somewhere. I have a HD2 and I recently added jaguarlani suns and moons. I showed my buddy who has a stock USA sprint HTC EVO 4g. He now wants to change his moon and sun as well. Question is , is there anything like this for him since he cant open the cab files and needs APK files or something. Not sure as I dont know much about these phones. Well thanks in advance

What are these sun and moon you mentioned? Where do they show on your HD2?
There is very little on the Evo that can not be themed so my first thought is "yes, probably", but I don't know what exactly you are referencing.
Can you post a link to the sun and moon you're referring to?

Help! Install Android on touch pro 2

Every thing I have found contains dead links. Looking for the easiest way to install android on to my GSM TMOBILE touch pro 2. I been looking for the haret.exe way however dead links have side stepped me!

Why would you bother with a closed thread...? It's obviously going to have outdated/bad info.
The sticky's are there for a reason... they have the most up-to-date info.

Still having some issues with urs so was looking for a different one!
My biggest concern is on the lock screen it Says Voice Stream not Tmobile. I hope it doesn't have me as roaming

What issues? Post in the thread of the build you're running. No need for a new thread... I know you already posted in the GB thread, I recommend starting with FroYo, mainly because it's more updated than the GB build. Less things are broken in FroYo basically .
Anyhoo, for GSM we display whatever the tower broadcasts. If your provider hasn't updated the towers, we can't do anything about it. VoiceStream no longer exists as a company, so I think you're fine lol.
