need help finding a registry

hey guys i'm trying to find the registry where you turn the power off and on i want to replace that little window that comes up, i found where you can change the warning name...i changed mine to F*C* you..lol
PS i want to or if i can some how replace the little window with this

[Q] Two phone icons with froyo?

I would be so grateful if someone could help me. After the froyo update and adding a person shortcut "Quick contact" I get two phone icons:
