A Little Help..

Ok guys, I'm in need of a little help. I am currently running Nagrom's 6.5 ROM and have my touchflo theme basically all setup except I want to change the clock. I have been trying for a couple of hours and now I'm desperate. I found a clock that I liked in cab form and it's saved on my SD card, and if anyone could give me directions on how to make it my clock I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks

Have you tried just installing the cab? That is how I changed my clock.

Yea I have but maybe I'm missing some minor detail. Do I have to disable touchflo, install the cab, soft reset, then able touchflo again? Or extract the cab into a theme file for M2D? Seems like I have tried every combination but I can't get it to work. Below is very similar to the theme I have but I like I said, I have nagrom's 6.5Rom and am trying to add a flip clock to this black manila theme.

Ok, so evidently I was just trying to install one that wouldn't work because I changed it to one that I didn't want just to try it out. Does anyone know where I can get a flip clock with white background and black numbers.. Or just any flip clock that would look good with this theme?? Thanks

I have a transparent one that I use for my clock, I did a search here for a Manila transparent flip clock.

Ok, I still cant get a flip clock to work on the theme above so if anyone knows of a black theme with a flip clock could you please point me in that direction. Thanks

I have recently flashed to vin's latest rom, You will find it under the Upgrades here, This has the flip clock and is sharp and clean. I suggest checking it out.

Help with my theme

I'm making a Windows Mobile 6.5 theme for my X1. (Kinda obvious)
I like to fiddle with transparency and whatnot, so I changed the title bar that's used for notifications and popup windows to 75% transparency.
All works well, except the fact that when a popup is opened, it (being the title bar) isn't transparent because the body of the popup is under the title bar image. So I thought "No big, I'll get rid of some of the top."
Unfortunately, Windows Mobile stretches the images it uses for the themes and whatnot, so either there's a huge gap in between both images (title bar and image), or the body image is under the title bar once again if it's shrunken. One example of this is the warning notification for nueClockControl:

The only way this works perfectly is the message box for text messages and other notifications on the bottom of the window:
My guess is that my attempt isn't really possible, because Windows stretches the images to fit the text and whatnot.
If it is possible, or someone has an idea of what I'm trying, let me know. I'll continue developing this theme if it is.

it's true the system seem like will stretch the msgbox. it happened to me too. whenever i'll try to put some images on it, than the size changing (according to texts). maybe there is some other way with registry tricks. But i don't have a clue about that since i'm just a skinner But the idea about making the msgbox title transparant was good. maybe i can adapt it one day.

I installed this cab on Xannytech Grid Evo 1.7b with MaxManilla 1.7 Beta installed and the slider tab (the tab that highlights your selection on the slider bar) turned completly grey.
I unistalled the cab and my phone reverted back to the stock slider icons however the slider tab remains grey.
Any ideas which Manila file I may need to replace to get this back to normal, or am I looking at hard reset.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

HD Wall? Touch Pro II

Hi,
Not sure if this is the right place to post but having a problem with HDWall and Energy "Leo" 21892 Sense 2.5.2012 / MaxManila,
Once I have put together this pictures in HDWall I cab them up and place them on the device it then only does top and bottom bars and the centre is still the original wallpaper, I have tried most of the options on HDWall but to no avail

Did you ever find a fix or a reason for this? I too am having this issue.

I haven't had any luck w/ HD Walls. I use santods b4all r6. It is the only version I have found so far that does both portrait and landscape b4all, unfortunately it adds more icons and about 1% RAM.

this isnt a proper fix, but (i think) it'll put the background on home screen
Take your background file and open with an image editor (i use paint ) then you want to cut 52 pixels off of the top and bottom. The image should now be 480x696 instead of 480x800.
Save it and copy to phone.
Now on the phone go Start->Settings->Today
Check the 'Use this picture as the background' box and browse for your 800x696 image.
Done
Now I'm not 100% sure this works with touchflo/manilla/sense as i only have the Titanium plugin on my ROM. But should work
