WM6 suspected problem... certificates... https

I searched this website looking for a post that I vaguley remember, but maybe it was my imagination.
Here is the problem I am trying to solve. Please advise me if you can - or point me to the mythical post that I remember but can't find.
I installed underground version of crossbow. Works great.
Problem is that neither mail (pop) nor some other applications can talk https.
IE can do it... but it prompts me about the certificate... even on trusted sites.
I look at my list of certificates and they all seem to be there. A bunch of 'em.
Is this a known problem? Anyhow know how to solve it?

TomTom freezes again

Hi to everybody,
My trinity came back repaired (in warranty), so I lost any programme. I reinstalled TomTom6 from www.htc.com, but I have frequent freezings. Can you please send me the atfix.cab (if I'm not wrong) or tell me where to download it? Thanks a lot

hey francic,
some people here are pretty anal about 'searching'. i posted a question and i got some **** as well.
i have TomTom and it freezes up every 10 min, then someone suggests to disable all the POIs. i did that and it seems to fix my freeze problem. so if you enable POIs, try disable them and it should help.

Seek and yee shall find .....

did the file and/or my suggestion to disable POIs resolve your freezing issue?

1. Yes what you did was SPAM
2. If you use the search, just write atifix and you will see several threads/posts with that kind of file.
3. If everyone do the way you do, what would you think it happen.
Thousands of open threads with the same questions/requests.
At least before asking why don't you try to find it by yourself??
I know it's hard work!!
Much more easy to just ask and wait!!!
But this is just my opinion!!!

Different oppinion, he's not 100% guilty y'know.
This forum, the whole xda-developers, is a very inefficient information management/sharing tool. To sum it up, information's duplicated, scattered, isn't correctly tagged and we don't even have an efficient (built-in)basic search.
Unless something changes, this'll keep happening.

I think that an external +10 field search form(google advanced search) that will return more than 10 results(at best) isn't acceptable.

That's the issue(I'm talking about), not the solution.

Well, what I call "freezing" could be actually "slowing down", I'm not sure. I didn't yet any trip in the last days, so I'll check your suggestion on the road. What I observed is a very slowed digitation in writing the target (cities). May it depend on the different location of executive programme (in the pda memory) and of maps (in the external sda)? Or on the exploited internal memory (phone contacts: may I tranfer them to sda?)?

Strange issue

Wonder, if any of you have noticed!!!
I have noticed strange thing with my wave 8500.
The call volume or you can say the caller volume on the other side sometimes is very loud and clear and in some calls it sound low.
I wonder if this is a software bug as does not seems to be hardware issue.
any advise on the said issue would be appreciated.

I think I got same issue. Probably other AMSS version would fix it, though never cared enough to try few. If you do - try flashing various AMSS from different software (I'd avoid mixing bada 1.2 and 2.0 AMSS and vice-versa, however these *might* work aswell) and please let me know if you figure anything working good. Bada release update might be the key aswell, I don't know for sure.

Thanks Rebellos for confirming the same. As advised will try couple of AMSS files. Rebollos, so far i think i have flash most of custom firmwares and found this problem in all.
I would request more people to comment on this problem.

Hey Vishal,I am on official Bada 2.0(INU) and I am also facing this issue.
But,its not always....not able to replicate this...
It might be depend on network or may be OS bug...but its bit annoying

The same is with me also, it does not happen always. Sometimes the call is very loud and clear and sometimes it is so thick and sometimes low.
I was also thinking it could be network issue but then i noticed the same on the other phone with my sim card and it was found ok.
Hence, it an issue with OS.
Like Rebollos suggested we should try couple of AMSS files.
Therefore, I request members to upload different region AMSS files to test.
Please while uploading do not forget to comment, whether or not you are facing the problem

You are actually interested enough to write. Instead of doing so - you could simply download few ROM packs from samfirmware, try various AMSS and then report results, XDA, unfortunately/luckily, is not the place when everyone are sitting and waiting to help you.

Rebellos, I think the situation demands the smart work not the hard work here. i do not see point here downloading 20 Roms (entire pack) for just a simple AMSS file.
we on XDA have members from all over the world who are using different kind of roms and it is not wrong in asking favour for AMSS files here .I must stress that we are here to help each other.

Tried amms file from the indian firmware.
Result: No improvement found rather the samsung app has stopped showing the list of application and ask to log in. When i log it says the id is not valid in this region.

Reddit Sync

Does anyone else have problems clinking links in comments and self posts on RedditSync? This developer is trying to figure out why, but it only seems to affect HTC Devices with sense 4.0
They thought it was Linkify *which I removed* so they are at a loss right now. If anyone could help that would be great.

I really have a big problem that fb, twitter, google, Google play, youtube all these sites didn't work also their apps
I found out that my pc also have this problem when i open fb i got an ad popup saying
WARNING! Your Flash Player may be out of date. Please update
I really get bored
Anyone knows the solution please or had that problem before...
I really don't know if it's the correct place to post or not but i hope i got a solution because I'm killed lol

Nope you don't understand me. It's a virus or Spyware something like that so it's a fake.. And i can't solve it

then run a scan with an antivirus which i hope you have and always use a original activated { registered} and updated antivirus so that you don't face problems like this

@Showman2020, did you get any solution on this issue you have described? I am having the exact same issue on my S3..
