S620 for sale

SPV EV600 (s620) for sale. The earpiece stopped functioning last month. I bought a new one thinking the old one was defective. Replaced it, and i still cannot get sound out of the earpiece.. Not sure what's going on.. I've done a hard reset to set the software back to zero.. and the sound still doesnt come out of the earpiece... all sounds and voice comes through the rear speaker.
As a result I'm wanting to sell this. anyone interested? email me at [email protected] with questions or photo requests. Thanks

Desire earpice dead

Hi,
Anyone had a problem of the earpiece dying? Mine stop working on Friday. Had the phone only for two weeks. Really disappointed, I hope this is not of things to come with quality.

Headset provided with the Desire really is rubbish, but still 2 weeks seem way to soon for them to break, I have my hero's headet and it's still working after a year.
Call htc (or the shop you bought it from) and ask them to send a new headset?

Got my phone back. What a long wait, they replaced it!

Galaxy Note Headset

Can anyone tell me where I can buy the original headset supplied with the Galaxy Note GT-N7000?
I want the identical, original one supplied in the box that has the mic, call answer button and encoder type volume control.
I tried contacting my local Samsung but so far had no success.

Sorry, I didn't mean to waste your time. Turns out the original headset was available at my local Samsung so I bought one from there. I was misinformed when I first inquired that I would need to place a special order for them and it could take a couple of months because the phone was only just launched and there wouldn't be any spare sets for a long time. I checked a few mobile accessory stores for an equivalent set but no-one had any with the digital encoder type volume control which I'm told is proprietary. Could be wrong about that but most sets with a VC seem to be just a variable resistance.
I actually think these phones sound pretty good and I've tried dozens of them over the years so I think they are worth keeping. In case it's of interest Samsung charge $38/- for them here in Singapore.

(i just noticed tehy have a volume control...doubt they will sound as good as my marleys but thats fine with me )

The original headset has very weak bass output (at least mine do). Ended up picking these up in black and white (one for myself and one for the Mrs.) over the weekend

I don't hear any sound on mine. It could be a hardware problem, its better to visit a service center and ask them for a fix

tnx friend but i dont buy my nexus new i buy it used.so can the server center accepted my phone to repair in the warranty???server center like lg or what??the sound its not big i hear it when i put my nexus like to make an appel i forced the phone in my ear i hear some sound like signal but i hear that at night in a place without noise...2th question i upgade my nesux to nougat last night some people tell that we have bootlop.but i dont have right now that mean that my phone not affected?please answer my all question

If you bought the phone used and it still has the warranty, then the service repair will help you. If not, then you are out of luck and you will have to fix it through some third party service.
I can't really say anything about the sound you hear, because my phone has never had it. About the Nougat upgrade, I've had nougat from day 1 which was just over a month ago and thank god I have't had the issue. No one can say which phones are affected and which aren't because we haven't had an official statement from Google or LG so far.

Picked my 3xl up last night and wow, love it, so fast, very little vibration from the speakers, camera looks amazing, initial impressions very good!

nice, i'm still waiting for mine google keep changing the delivery date

Only thing mildly disappointing is the speakers kind of lose all bass when up loud, but, I don't really listen to music through the phone speakers anyway so not overly bothered

did you get yours through O2 and if so have they done any rebranding of the device, installed any of their software and is it locked to O2

Yeah I got it through O2, there's no other software on it at all, or stock. Not sure about it being locked, I doubt it as there's no O2 markings

Way to tell if unlocked, enable developer options and see if oem unlock is available or greyed out. If greyed out then locked to network, if not then it fully unlocked.

Ok, it's not locked, I can select oem unlock
