Has anyone else ordered a Desire from 3 Sweden? They have announced a release date on April 8th. I'm still hoping the pre-ordered ones will ship earlier!

Perfect! Thanks for the info kmoon! IMO, they should send info like this via email to the customers that has preordered. Not everyone uses FB, Twitter or whatever. Luckily we have communities like XDA that passes on info like this
Knowing the swedish postal service though, the preorders will arrive thursday, maybe even friday
I just called 3 about my preorder, and they said that they will be shipping out on Monday and should have it by Tuesday. Not sure who is doing their Facebook feed.

Luckily it wont be the swedish postal service but DHL who will deliver our phones to the nearest DHL pickup place, like kiosks and those kinds. Companys will get their phone to the door.

Oh man, I don't know if that's lucky for me. Other times I received DHL packages I had to pick them up at the terminal, and they are only open until 17, and closed in the weekends. It's a pain to get there in time, and I have had to leave early from work, which is never good. Perhaps I can call 3 and ask them to send it to a service point a little closer.
Well, I got mine today
They told me it would be grey, and on the receipt it says black...but it's really the brown one

It's been stuck on the last status for 2 days now. So I first called up the aus DHL and they told me my phone has not even left UK yet.
I then call up UK DHL and they told me it has been scanned and left UK. It has also been scanned when arrived in the UAE and it should be in aus by now. However, she can't find any record of the phone on the system after the scan in UAE . She said she can't open a case for a trace from the UK, so she asked me to call aus UK.
I called and the aus UK told me that there has been a transit delay in UAE. They said the custom there will check the shipment today and should be on it's way to aus later tonight. She then told me that if my tracking doesn't get update after tonight, t I will need to call back tomorrow and they'll need to open a case for tracing for me.
Why would a transit delay be so long (2 days!?) and why bother to mention about opening a tracing case if they are so confident that my parcel hasn't been lost? Is DHL reliable?
If any of you have bought the note 2 from clove and was dispatched by DHL on Monday the 1st. Could you please share whether or not you have recieved your phone or are you in the same situation as me as well atm?

I got mine today, it goes to singapore from the UK, then Aus, but they dont seem to update or scan in Singapore... id be worried if its longer than 3 days delay... mine shipped out on the 1st OCT.

So if they didn't update or scan in Singapore...how did you know that it went to Singapore? Did you call them up to find out? Why do they transit parcels to the same country at different places?
Do you mind showing me your log before it arrived to aus?

Just called up clove, it was JOHN that answer the phone....great customer service....he said he will look into to this case for me personally as well and well let me know tomorrow if DHL still can't answer me.
If the phone is lost..then a replacement will be sent to me....
The question then will be: do I go with DHL again?

yeah sorry, been playing with the note2... i called up DHL and they said it has left singapore and will be in aus next morning, that what i was told the night before my note2 came.

Wheaton, MD had a shipment in yesterday. As of last night (5/8), they had a handful left in stock.
Silver Spring, MD did not get a shipment yesterday, they're expecting theirs next Wednesday. (5/15).
Picked min up at:
Orlando, Florida, Millenia Mall Location, the only one around, $670 out the door (tax and all), got phone outright. Seemed they have quite a few from how the manager sounded.

Got mine in LA last week on the 8th. Only a few stores received them including the one south of Downtown on Figueroa Street near USC. They may or may not be out already. Other stores should get them this Wednesday.

I'm also from Europe, so.....
I ordered my Find 7 mid-june and got it on july 1'st. Excellent service, no problems at all. Phone delivered from within the EU, so no extra taxes.:laugh:
Ordered on the 2nd July and got the device on the 5th. The postage company they used (DPD) were helpful on the phone.
Used support to get my discount, very helpful.
Came within a week of ordering, UK fulfilment to IRL. Good packaging. And its direct from the manufacturer (essentially) so in the off chance of a need to RMA it shouldnt be an issue. Im delighted with em, almost as good as amazon!
4 workdays from order to delivery. (6 days in total. Including weekend) I'm in Sweden.

Man, ordered my 7a last Monday, not going to get here in the US until tomorrow. :\ But at least it'll be here soon.
Terrible Service
I bough one find 7 on April 16 and another one on April 18. I received the second order very fast but I never received the first order. They never gave me a tracking number and I have contacted many times for the last week and they do not respond anymore. I asked for a refund and nothing.
The find 7 is a great phone but I would not take risks. Terrible service.
Ordered the 7a early and arrived in 3 business days to Vancouver.
I asked for a student discount code and the CSR was prompt in replying.
I have no experience in their warranty department though.

I actually bought mine 4 days ago.
Had a estimated shipping in 7 days.
On top of that 3~7 days of shipping time, so it would arrive the 25th of July.
1 Day later they send me a notification it was already being shipped. and yesterday it already came in at my house. (the 16th)
So I guess its just some estimated value and you either get lucky like me and have it shipped like 10 days earlier then planned. Or you have to wait.
In any case, I'd say its practically luck of the draw.
I ordered mine last Tuesday night and received it on Friday. They seem to get them out quickly! It was shipped DHL from China to USA. Love it!!!

I pre-ordered with Proximus the 128gb version, if i read around it seems that the 512gb is in short supply reason why i went with the 128. Did you get any notification from Vandenborre or can you check online the status?
I really hope i recieve it this Friday the wait has been long enough!!
