Clove or Handtec for faster shipping???

ANy of you know??? if i order today..
which store is expected to still have enough units on first stock March 29th ??

Can't give you a definite answer. But I've some info that may prove useful...
Yesterday, before Clove updated their shipping date to 29 Mar, I emailed them requesting them to cancel my order. I told them it was because Handtec was shipping on 29 Mar while Clove still had 7 Apr as their date.
I got a quick reply from Clove saying that it was impossible because they always get their devices a day before Handtec because they're just 2 miles away from the HTC distribution center.
They then checked with HTC and confirmed to me that the shipping date has indeed been pushed up to 29 Mar and reiterated that they WILL get stock before Handtec.

I pre-ordered the Desire from Clove, they say the first stock due 29 Mar, and it is black color. Maybe I can receive my phone before 5 Arp in China.

Ordered mine from Clove yesterday and they told me the first shipment is sold out but they will ship mine from the 2nd shipment on 2nd April.
If you're OS, Clove ship via DHL for an extra GBP$10

Dutch releases dates

T-Mobile UK customers can expect the Desire to arrive tomorrow morning which of course is great news!
The release date in the Netherlands is not known yet. The shop where I ordered the phone says 1 to 10 days
Anyone else have better info on the dutch release date?

gsmweb (search in google) expect to deliver the phone on 1 april

Yeah, i've just been to belcompany and they said they should have it here in Maastricht 14th or 15th of April, which sucks... But i do hope that it will be much sooner than that... come on, UK people got it today and we have to wait 2 weeks for it? sound ridiculous to me...

Handtech order status

My order was delayed from March 29th to April 7th, as with anyone else ordering an unlocked model, but I'm sick of waiting, and i thought i heard someone say theirs was shipping, is that true?
My gf stopped thinking it was cute days ago (the fact that I can't think about anything else than my phone), and I'm getting on her nerves..
I paid with google checkout, so I don't know if they update the order status as accurately, or .. idunno.. Anyone else got ANY new info on Handtec Desire orders?

Stock Update: Handtec has secured a large quantity for the first batch. Status: Still Available
Stock Update 2: HTC Desire expected 7th April. Affects All UK resellers.
Stock Update 3: Stock is still due on the 7th April and loking likely to be this date - we still have availability on the first batch.

Every simfree phone on sale has been delayed until the 7th. but if you really can't wait you can buy it from carphone warehouse for £399.99 plus £10 topup , all there phones are unlocked.

Yes the ship out date is still the 7th. I have been talking to Handtec everyday just to check the ETA. Their answer has been the same for the past week.
So...chillax and tell your gf to enjoy you now because once you get your phone, you will become non-existant

SIM Unlocked Desire Shipping Friday 9th April

It seems Clove received their first stock and orders will start shipping tomorrow Friday 9th of April.
You might get yours this Saturday, I hope I do

WP7 on tmobile, when?

Hi All,
my upgrade is due at the end of this month, 28th October. im from the UK, Will HD3/7 be released by Tmobile end of this month or will i need to move to another phone provider?

wp7 launched in UK on 21st october if that's any help..

You're in luck, then! Windows Phone 7 appears to be coming to T-Mobile USA sometime in November, and it looks like the HD7 might be their premiere device:

Unless you're talking about T-Mobile UK, though. I'm not sure when they're getting WP7, but presumably soon.
