Not sure if anyone else having the issue. When I am on the phone, of course my ears touch the speaker part of the phone to hear the conversation. Well during the calls, I would accidentally touch the Notification pop up as well.
Every freaking time(most of the time) I want to end a call, I would need to close the notification pop up before I end the call. Is there a tweak I can do to disable this annoying situation. Thank you.

When we are talking, and the next call comes it gives the notification of the second call with a sound, which can be heard by other person also with who we are talking....
Is there any way to disable the sound notification so that other person wont be hearing it.... Its really annoying when we are in the middle of the converstaion and it gives... also we dont want to know others to know we are getting a call...
Does anybody know how to disable this?

Just the notification sound we get in the middle of the call... Its ok we know we have second call, but why is it necessary for the other person too?... Some times I really dont understand things with HTC ideas....
It works perfect in Nokia, where only the caller can get the notification not the other end....
Hi, after froyo update sometimes the phone dont "hang up" when you reach voicemail. You hear the ring tone in the background and even if you call a new contact it´s still in the background. But it seems that the call is ended but the phone dont understands it and simulates the ring tone. The only way to restore it is to restart the phone. Anyone know anything more about this?

I've got exactly the same problem.
Making a call to voicemail and somehow the software doesn't register that the call is accepted and the ring tone just keeps going in the background even long after the original call has ended..

If I'm on a call, the Epic doesn't alert me if I have another incoming call. Out of sheer luck, if I happen to have the phone away from my face, I can see another call coming in. However, I don't have any audible notification or vibration. Is there any setting to change this?
Also, say for example you're calling someone. You get their voicemail and start leaving them a message. They immediately call you back. You switch to their incoming call. After you're on the new incoming call and if you try to hang up on the voicemail that's on hold, the entire call is terminated. Anyone else getting this error?
Is your phone normally on silent? It should give you an audible beep.
Nope, not on silent. However, I am running Froyo with the DK28 modem. Perhaps that's the culprit?

Try calling a contact and listen for a little pop sound right when you click the contact to call. If you don't hear it the first time, try again. Let me know if you guys have this little sound.
Put your phone on vibrate before clicking someone to call.

Make sure the phone is close to your ears as it's harder to hear further away

Just turn off tone of your numpad when dialing in audio settings and problem solved. Tell me if this helped.
Such a thing. During a regular phone call, the phone does not let me know about notifications. More specifically notifications are coming, but there is NO slight vibration, some short sound beep etc. This has a big impact on my work.
I will not take the phone away from my ear every 10 seconds to see on the screen if a new notification has come from, for example, WhatsApp or another app. This is absurd. Any fix?
