1) how can I change taskbar icons, to have color icons?
2) is there any way to have weather on today screen like in hd2?

I'm new to this part of the forum(I come from the Xda Exec). I have updated to the WM6.5 but I definitely don't like the way the icons are scattered and would like to revert back to the old wm5/wm6 start menu and programs/settings layout similar to WM5 or WM6 to the pics below:
