Years later, but still. When you are replacing icons system dlls (applies to every os, it can be windows all versions, windows mobile all versions,..) always pay attention to the dimensions AND color depths of the original icon, that are you replacing. Also do not add/remove any icons, only modify existing content and you shouldn't experience any problems.
The memory icon in this case has 2 icons: (I was just moding my shellres.192.dll for my ipaq today - everything worked fine of course)
64x64 with 256 colors
32x32 with 256 colors
This means you need to mod the icon you want to use as replacement first (about every icon you download from internet usually comes with so called "XP" color depth, which supports transparency and windows mobile doesn't support that)
Use a tool like microangelo studio to edit your icons (Microangelo also has "librarian" which is a nice tool for moding icons inside dlls)

All of these use the Fizz plugin set to 7 day small. There are 3 layouts; Carbon, Blue simple, and Blue full. Carbon features a gray theme and both blue themes are of course blue. The blue "simple" deletes the wifi and the carrier and makes the date larger (a request from my friend with a Moto-Q). Other than that they are just slight variations in color and feature. The text to the right of the MRU displays the program you are highlighting, like the default tmobile. Since I dont use the calendar much, it has only one line of text available. If you have an all-day, it will show in the area below the calendar.
The black and the blue wallpaper are XP wallapers by Swissboy shrunk down to 320x240

If not.. do you have a link to one that uses THE TRAVELER ONE??

I have just the regualr old Fizz weather, so I have not created any that would work with the other plugins yet. I will see if I can whip something up, but there isnt a lot of room down there!

Hi Jakari,
there is more than one road to travel, but here is one.
You can use an image and tell (change) the registry to use that image.
If made a cab for you that you can use.
It puts an image called MyTaskBar.png in the windows directory and changes the next registry setting:
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Today\TaskBar
TaskBarThemeImage value="\Windows\MyTaskBar.png"
the image I've put in the cab looks like this
to get your own picture just make a similar png file (480 x 52) and name it MyTaskBar.png and copy it into Windows. Then do a soft reset and your picture should be activated
(or keep mine )
WOW thanks, thats perfect
corrected cab
hi, just found out that the cab had a wrong setting, left out the extention.
sorry for that. I've updated the cab.
teh best place to create your 6.5 theme is here, I normally pick the Rhodium device, creates magical themes for the blackstone!
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsmobile/en-us/downloads/theme-generator.mspx
this way you can create a myriad of task bar colours to suite the spb mobile shell you got now.
I found this app to change the icon on INOMAIL to the stock android mail icon.
It worked great for that and then I found out it could create icons/shortcuts just about any size.

How to enlarge icons
Thank you for the information. icon changer is a great app but I can see that there is no way to make bigger icons even though I;ve tried to change the pixels of the icon before inserting to Icon changer. You can make smaller but there is a limit on bigger icons.
Could you please explain how you made bigger icons than the default size with this app?
Thank you
Sorry looks like its been changed in the last update. The slider bar use to start in the middle, and use could go bigger or smaller. Now it starts at the end and you can only go smaller. Not sure why they changed this.

Now open the app and follow the steps and click start
After that we go from choosing a colore for the icons in homescreen all that by staing cklic on an icon to colorate it:
click between "Tile color"
go down to save changing
You chan put an image instead the colores
Now to change tile icon or visible, invisible it click on " change icone"
and choose as you like icons
To bind an app in the icons (bind means changing the app on the icon)
you can click on the white box between "Bind application"
The last thing is saving the changing to do so slow down the window and click "Save"
I think that's all for many question send your problem and Thanks :good:
For me I'm quite concerned about the amount of ads. Launcher 7 is a more better alternative for me.

After updating to Android 7.0 Nougat on my G5 (LG LS992) all my app icons changed. See attached picture for examples. The LG apps that come installed by default got simple, unique, all white backgrounds(the phone, contacts, and messenger icons at the bottom). User installed apps get one of seven new, all white backgrounds. I place one of each background type on example picture. Some of the backgrounds seem to be in the shape of a letter. There is no discernable pattern to what apps get what backgrounds and I can't find any information about these changes anywhere, no one else seems to be talking about it. Is anyone else seeing this?

I had that same problem and it was driving me nuts because it actually showed those icon labels behind the custom icon pack I was using. I was able to change it by changing the group of icons I wanted to use. I think I did it in Nova Launcher's settings. So if you're using a 3rd party home screen, check to see if you can change it there to Marshmallow's icons, or the system default or something.
