You will have to go over to htcgeeks.com. I am not sure if there is a 6.5 ROM for the x51 but there are 6.1 ROMs.

hello instead of reading , i have installed Windows Mobile 6.0 on my axim x51 when it didn't work i read that it was only for the x51v.
ppc does not work anymore.
Is it possible to put windows mobile 5.0 on it again...and the next question is where can i find wm5.0.

did a lot of reading and trying.....but its working again...
downloaded a small programm with wich you can make crc files etc.. that you can put on a sd card.
I needed the dutch wm 5.0 ...but finally succeeded.

Use search x50 and wm6 or something. there is a lot to find here...

that really did not help. However i have the os files to get to wm5 but i need the bootloader files to continue but i don't have the upgrade cd and i don't want to buy one on ebay or anywhere else. Post link plz
