i have Dell Axim X30
I want to install Windows mobile 5 or 6 on my PPC
i downloaded WM6CB and WM5 five for Pda2k but i can't install this on my PPC
how i can install it(2005 or 2006 Edition of WM) ?
i searched in XDA Developers forum and i can't found anything about it
please gives me Hot links And Solutions

all roms are custom made for the device they are to run on
best result of trying to put a rom from another device on your pda
is that it fail
worst result is that you end up with a pda which you cant use any more
nb0 and nb1 files

This is official HTC rom or you guys had created, also I am not able to download from filefactory is there any other link to download 6.1 rom. thanks.
ERROR 270 image file is corrupted
Dear seniors please give me the instruction to upgrade my p3400 wm5 to wm6.1 because i run the gene_wm6.1 ruu but it will show error 270 image file is corrupted please check your upgrade utility..after 2% succefull complete,(cid unlocked already done,splash1 splash2 also copied to windows & installed the mda3_boot image).. please help me please please please.........

After upgrading to wm 6.1 my device just stay in a white screen showing onbl: 1.07.0000, spl:1.07.oref, gsm:02.79.90, os: 1.7.0.0 ,is this upgraded? And if upgraded then please say me why the white screen remain ? And how i recover my mobile gene 100

I was trying to upgrade my P3400 to 6.1 but I have a few problems
-the device doesn't start now...
but it does start when I press & hold camera and start it ... a screen with 3colors(red,green,blue) and every time I run the romUPDATEutility I get all kind of errors mainly I get [ERROR [300]: INVALID UPDATE TOOL]
I don't know much about wb system
but any one can help me with this problem

You need to go to asusmobile.com or some similar forum that has the model you have. they will guide you trough the right process this is HTC forum
I know you're new, but it's really important to search before posting... The section of the forums you've made this thread in is only supposed to be used for ROM developers!
You need to find a ROM download thread on the site for your phone (like this one, but this is WM6.5) and yes, you will need to establish and maintain an ActiveSync connection in order to update the ROM. The procedure of flashing a ROM varies slightly from device to device so make sure you've read a tutorial before you begin so you know what you're doing. You need to back up all the files that aren't stored on external memory too as these will be deleted when you flash your new ROM.
