Need to know how to update the latest Rom version for HTC S710, and where i can get the latest download.

remember that the HTC internal codename for your device is ELF. do not flash any roms for any device other than ELF (or possible ELFIN/VOGUE, but i wouldn't know)
After the initial flurry of ROMs direct from HTC has anyone got any idea on when the next one is planned or do they just do it as and when......

maybe they think is not broken..so they don't need to fix it yet
i hope that 2.0 rom will make a lot of changes, espacially in speed.
I am hoping that HTC put in a time machine into the diamond so then we can all go into the future and download the amazing splenderific v10 rom with builtin kitchen sink!

I don't understand this. 1.93 has been available for weeks and various regional versions have been incorporated into many different cooked ROMS. What is the source of this post as it does sound like old news to me..

No, this is the same 1.93 ROM that's been out for weeks. I'm afraid it's nothing new.

I'm searching the standard WM5 ROM since the same is no longer puplished on the HTC website . Do you know where I can retrive it?
I know that there is one published, but the website (after the check of the serial number) give me back that is not applicable to my phone.

When I was looking for new ROM (WM6 or higher) on HTC website, I downloaded a wrong ROM. It is WM5. If you looking for a WM5 ROM which officialy from HTC, you can download from this link

post updated with the latest offical RUU and yes made this thread sticky, although I like the wiki idea, I don't see it being handy as a one stop shop for the RUU's.
as with the Official HTC ROM links, some information should stay sticky.
as mentioned before, I feel the wiki is a good idea, but it needs to be structured and the layout of the sticky post should be short, clear and very to the point.
