Restore HTC Dialer - Touch Pro2, Tilt 2 Windows Mobile General

I recently installed Pocket shield and uninstalled if after a few days. After that I lost my HTC dialer. Using Advanced Config, I was able to bring back the HTC key pad, but in the back ground it still shows the Windows call history when I press the call button. Earlier it used to show the HTC TF3D call history only. Is there a way to bring it back (other than hard reset)?
I am having T Mobile Touch Pro 2

I would repost my question here in the JDB support forum.

The most healthy way to do it is Start > Programs > Pocketshield > Phone > Protect Touch screen > + > "Use standard dialer"

Thanks - That solved the issue. I had to install PocketShield once again though!

It is to select things with a keyboard when you have that connected.
I have seen it without a keyboard on the Note 2, and I suspect it has something to do with the way Samsung made the S Pen software. They have set Air view to be a part of the Accessibility options, and I have heard that you can get brail keyboards to use with Accessibility options too.
You could try to turn off Air View in Settings -> S Pen -> Air View and see if that removes the box. The box doesn´t show up regularly for me, so I have not been able to test that theory.
I think it's an android bug because do the same with S1(cm10), S2(4.1.1), S3(4.1.2 root) Xperia T(4.1.1) ... but just in these case:
open Facebook app>check who is online (man with 3 line icon from top right ) > back 2 times (from phone button ) > and now one icon from top it's on box, but disappears after touching the screen...

[Q] Call Notification Window - Option Not Available?

Hello all,
I've search around the internet for this but have yet to find anything, I have the T-Mobile SGN3 (hopefully like most everyone else on this particular board). I'm right now on 4.4.2, I am on the Wicked ROM and not the stock rom (although I have tried on the Stock ROM also and not seen this)
The feature that I'm looking for is the Call Notification Window, as seen here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ejdTRrzX_Zk
For the life of me I can't find anything on this other than "it should be there"
I found some script mods you can do for the S4 to enable it but I don't know why the option is not available in the T-Mobile device.
Hopefully someone out there has seen this and has experience.
Thank you!

Does anyone know, how to get this screen back ? I mean being able to choose between USB connection modes ?
When I first connect Huawei mate 7 TL10 to my computer , I unchecked "Always prompt me" and I choose charging only, I though , I will be able to find it somewhere in the settings , but I couldn't
Btw
I already clicked several times on "Build number" and got Developer options. HiSuite suggested , I should enable "USB debugging" I did it , but when I exit from Developer options and back , I find it back to disable !
any help will be appreciated
I got the image from this thread
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2621585
but since I'm new , I couldn't reply within the same thread
I found out how to change it !
it is in the notifications !
which doesn't make sense , notifications is notifications not to change settings
click on "charge only" and you will be able to toggle between ( device file manger , PC Suite , charge only)
btw
this is my first android phone

SecureOTP on Zenfone 2

As the title implies, I cannot get the app SecureOTP to run on the phone properly. It gives some message, but it's in Japanese. Unfortunately I need the app in order to play Phantasy Star Online 2. Someone in a review stated they got it working via a setting, but I am unaware of what it is. Anyone got the tech skills to try and wrangle the bug?
Bumping for still an issue. Screenshot added for hopeful help.

I registered because I faced the same problem. It's pretty easy, just go to settings -> ASUS customized settings -> Recent apps key. Now choose the value for Recent apps key as "Tap and hold to show menu". As the name implies it let's you open up a menu when holding down the right capacitive button on the zenfone 2. After this you can revert back to the old settings for this button since SecureOTP does not need you to fiddle around with its menu anymore.
Truth to be told I did not come up with this and had struggled for days and the only clue I got was your post and the review on playstore which you mentioned. I figured zenfone 2 must have its own way to open up menus so I dug around the settings. But yes, SecureOTP has finnicky problems with its menu button which vary between phones and it even happens on emulators like bluestack.
Anyway, enjoy your PSO2 and have fun.

Cast to Nearby Device Popup

Anyone ever get this popup randomly all the time? I can't get it to stop. It's not a Chromecast issue either as the person doesn't have it installed.

I've seen it too but not sure what it's reading as a nearby device. Is it my wife's phone, the laptop, etc.

Try playing with the notification options in Settings > Google > Nearby
Facebook was causing this issue. Every time I click on a video in Facebook it tried to cast it. Force closing FB worked.
Go to Settings > application manager > click on the 3 vertical points in the top right side on the screen and select "show system apps" (if your phone does not have the 3 vertical points, search on google how to show system apps in your phone) > then go to Nearby Devices app > Notifications > turn off Previews in pop-ups, go to Nearby Service app > Notifications > turn off Previews in pop-ups. my phone is a Samsung Galaxy A5
