Good cooking/countdown timer for TP2? - Touch Pro2, Tilt 2 Windows Mobile General

Does anyone know of a good countdown timer/cooking timer that works on the TP2? I've tried Conduits Timekeeper but it doesn't work :0(

There's a countdown timer in G-Watch (Free)

And there's one in SPB Time (Not free)

There's a nice app called MyStopWatch too that I like

I'm using this free one: http://kaldma.se/programs/stopwatch/

Mine was in English from the start

Thanks for the suggestions. I've tried G-Watch and the only problem is that it starts up in Stopwatch mode, rather than Countdown mode. If you want a countdown timer/alarm you have to select a menu item to get to it. Is there an app which starts up in Countdown mode rather than Stopwatch mode??

I use one called SimpTimer: http://freewareppc.com/clock/simptimer.shtml
I use it for baking cookies, watering the yard, even when I tell my 4 year old to give me 10 more minutes. She'll stare at me until the timer goes off....

GB-SOFT GPRS Tweak - new version (23.02.2004) WM2K3PE I+II

Hi all,
New version (23.02.2004) GB-SOFT GPRS Tweak - is on :
http://www.GB-SOFT.cz/XDAII
Georg
I have the 11.02.04 version, and it works great!
Are there any significant changes in this new version?
It is ironic, how you have the screen displays with GPRS monitor installed, placed approx. in the same location on the header-bar as I have
I think these two programs complement each other well, although I did find it necessary, to toggle the GPRS on permanently, as it was originally, due to extended use of MSN Messenger on my part.
Anyway, thanks for the excellent tweak!!!

I can't remember but I think you need the tget file to run gnuboy. If this doesn't work let us know. It could also be the version of gnuboy you have. Try the one on the post above, and if that doesn't work either we will take it from there.
i could never get gnuboy to work on my dash. i just play old nes games.

taskbar in a program?

Hi
One doubt.
Is it possible to use the taskbar menu in a program to change between programs without pressing the OK or home buttons to go to the today screen and then change? This is really annoying and I remember some PDAs with WM2003 and this feature.

I was a fan of "Magic Button" for a long time, but WkTask is the better Taskmanager - and its freeware too.

Greetings,
nick
No, im looking for something more simple
For example
You push one button or one icon near to the X/ok button, and appears a menu with all the programs, to avoid go to the today, and then use the taskbar to go to other program.
wktask gives a more complicated way if you have 10 applications at the same time
repeated .

What do you mean with "install"? You just have to copy them to your application in Visual Studio or Blend to use them!

App to keep screen on for some apps

What are you using to keep the screen on during some aps. I have tried a few but haven't had much luck.
Hope others have had success
If charging, you could always enable the option (I think under Developer Options) to keep screen on during charging. Otherwise, you can also adjust screen timeout to something really high or Never.
I use Caffeine
I'm quite satisfied with KeepScreen
I tried IntelliScreen but it can do more than I actually need and so found it a bit too complex
If you already own Tasker, use it to do it.

Do you have a "script?" for tasker?
Have you tried Screebl?
Works perfectly for my tablet, has lots of settings you can play with if you need, but haven't need to at all myself though. try it out! Free version before v

Don't forget to hit thanks if that helps! Or if you just feel like it, that would be okay too

No need, create a Profile for a context when said app is running, make the Task change the Screen On time. Nothing complicated.

Try Notification Toggle. There's a toggle for this and many more, so you don't have to use for every setting a separate app.
