Today screen application

Hi all, i would like me MDAIII to be like a regular computer where you click on start and you have menu and and programs and all that stuff. i know there is an application for it, so if anyone can please post it or a link. Or if i can get it to look like the O2 screen, like the pic below. Thanks to all.

I've never used it.
There's another one that uses flash. Can't remember what it's called. Tell us how it goes.

i need a little help.
what manilafiles are the littleclock in the picture?
and what manilafiles are the numbers in the clock?
i like a transparent little clock or i will create green clock numbers?

[Q] Notification Toggle Tiles?

Hey guys,
I'm new here, so sorry if I'm posting this in the incorrect location, but I thought maybe I could gain some advice. I've spent the last few days studying SystemUI mods and finally applied some mods of my own. The one modification that I really desire is to turn off the pull down toggle scroll and have the toggles sitting in rows instead. Here's my current screen:

I'm using a rom with G3 theme, now i'm having an issue with status bar icon when having incoming call, please see attached file:

I think there is a wrong icon related to stat_sys_phone_call vs stat_sys_headset. I found these icons in framework-res and lge-res, they exists but i don't know how to find xml file to edit this icon.
So can anyone help me ??
