This is the same kitchen i've used for my Gen.Y D2 + D2X and TP2 + TP2X series. (so both GSM Touch Diamond and GSM Touch Pro compatible!)
The kitchen is prepared in 6 languages: SPA (0C0A), FRA (040C), WWE (0409), NLD (0413), GER (0407) and ITA (0410) (R5.1)
This kitchen is the culmination of months of development and hard work, so please pay credit where credit is due.
Kitchen includes packages from the Diamond, Tachi, official Topaz/Rhodium WM6.5 roms & official Leo ROM.
Original OEMDrivers has been seperated into OEMDrivers & BaseOEM in the EXT packages
All icons have been updated to fit a more modern ROM
Note: WM6.5 requires WM6.5 addon package
How to cook a ROM
Step 1: Extract the Kitchen
Extract Gen.Y-Kitchen-R5.3-MultiLANG-RELEASE.7z using 7zip to a folder of your choice. Be sure that there are no spaces between the names in the folder you're extracting to, or else you will have problems while building the rom
(e.g. C:\Touch Diamond is NOT OK!, use C:\TouchDiamond instead)
Step 2: Starting up
Once you've extracted the file, you can start the kitchen by launching Erviuskitchen.exe. Please note that Windows Vista/7 users will have to launch the program as an Administrator (right click -> launch as admin)

Click on the button "Load ROM" and select the type of ROM you want to use as a Base. You can choose between Gen.Y D2 R5.5, Gen.Y D2X R2.6 or Gen.Y TP2 R5.5, Gen.Y TP2X R2.6 (this one is for Touch Pro users)*. Once you have loaded up your kitchen, you have the same setup i used for the release of my roms.
You could now just press "Create ROM" and build a stock Gen.Y ROM, however this kitchen is meant so users can create their personal Gen.Y ROMs (with only the stuff you need)
*For a WM6.5 ROM, see below.
Step 3: Customization
Once you've loaded a stock ROM, u can customize it to your own needs. U can exclude packages, add new packages, or edit some of the app.reg files to tweak it even more.
To exclude a package, u simply need to double-click on a package, and the packages will be disabled and not used while building the ROM.
Keep in mind however that some packages are required for some core functions of the ROM and/or TouchFlo3D. I did my best categorising the stuff in folders so it's easier to know which packages can be removed without affecting functionality. The "XtraADD" folder for example features all extra apps that can be removed and will not affect the core of the ROM. U could also choose to disable notification enhancement and use the older largetitlebar instead.
U can also change the Pagepool before building by pressing the "Other button" in the top right.
All you need to do is change the number after -PP to change the pagepool (12MB pagepool in this case)
Step 4: Building and flashing
Once you're ready, just go ahead and press the "Create ROM" button, this will take a while so go take a walk or something .
Once done, you will get a file called "ruu_signed.nbh" in the RELEASE_DIAMOND folder (or RELEASE_RAPHAEL for TP users).
This file is your ROM, it's built and now ready to be flash, this can be done in 2 ways:
- via PC: you can flash it by running CustomRUU (RaphaelWrapper for TP users),
- via Internal Storage: rename the file to "diamimg.nbh" ("raphimg.nbh" for TP users) and copy it to your device to flash it from the bootloader itself (faster)
How to use the addon package to cook a WM6.5 ROM
To build a WM6.5 ROM, extract the Gen.Y-Kitchen-R5.3-ADDON.7z file to a seperate folder.
Then delete/rename the OEM, ROM and SYS folders from the kitchen, and replace them with the ones that are in this package.
Do NOT remove the original Tools folder, but just copy the one over from this package. It includes the prebuild setup for a Gen.Y WM6.5 ROM.
Then load the Gen.Y D2/D2X/TP2 B21884 sample.erv and use the steps above to build a stock Gen.Y WM6.5 ROM.
Kitchen includes specific packages for WM6.5 (marked by _WM65)

UC 2.0 Compliancy
After flashing the ROM the device will boot up and do some final install steps followed by a reset.
Before that reset you can add your own personal settings or install cab's that you want to be automatically installed after a hard reset.
To use this feature you need to create this text file to the root of you the Internal Storage:

IMPORTANT: While of the first boot the name of the "Internal Storage" will be just "Storage" for all languages, which will make things easier

The Bram Surface 6.1.1.15 NLD version had many older versions of HTC programs then in the NLD_1.37.404.3 ROM . Also Opera was an older version.

Q: Radio 1.09.25.23 is suggested by the chef, can I use I different Radio version?
A: Yes you can, but if you feel that the Rom is not working properly or BATTERY DRAINS FASTER change to the advised Rom and flash again.

A: This is not a bug is a feature. The new album v3 does not rotate the picture but the menu and gestures will rotate based on orientation.

A: Not at this moment untill someone crack the Rhodium/Topaz phoneCanvas.

A: Install Manila 2.1 Weather Editor PPC Edition.

How to improve battery life
- If you do not use 3G, goto Start\Settings\Personnal\Phone click on the Band tab an change your network type to "GSM".
- If you do not use Bluetooth, goto Start\Settings\Connectionsl\Beam and disable "Receive all incoming beams".
- Make sure that on Wi-Fi Settings the Power Save Mode is set to "Best Battery"
How to recover some RAM
-Goto Start\Tools\cleanRAM Config choose Level 3 and hit "Clean Now"

So far after a few hours ram is between 75 and 80%. You can use cleanram available in my rom to cleam memory and also At0mAng_&_Danny_and_2_TF3D2_Tweak to disable some features like Large menus (WM 6.5 menus are very good).
The weather database is working fine and yes you ring/text from tf3d2 contacts.

BTW, why did people have to install the PhoneCanvas separately?

Will convert this to Pagepool ....10mb instead of 12mb to balance out memory usage with performance.
I've been working on tweaking the hell out of my base ROM, and have now got it to benchmark incredibly well.
This is a WM6.5.X ROM, based on the 2.11 OEM ROM and 23563 XIP/SYS from Da_G/monkeybape/others
All it has got is the bare minimum OEMDrivers, plus a fully featured SYS (some of the SYS applications have been tweaked: removed extra screen layouts for LockScreen, removed SampleMusic etc, UPXed a few things).
The XIP has been tweaked quite heavily to get the best performance, and you should be able to add whatever you like to this ROM and it should remain stable.

Just realised, I meant 23034 (as in, with all the latest UI changes).
First Impressions :
-The Rom is just 60 mb!
-The Setup of Windows Mobile takes more time to load!
-The Finger Menus are SHOW!
-It has a Windows Mobile Conection Setup ( this is new and i like it ! )

OK, I'm a bit of a noob at roms. I've flashed several times, but each one has come with the update utility along with the .nbh file. This one I don't see the device update executable. I tried using one from another rom, but it didn't work.
I searched for a generic one, but to no avail... any help would be appreciated.

I've been working on tweaking the hell out of my base ROM, and have now got it to benchmark incredibly well.
This is a WM6.5.1 ROM, based on the 2.10 OEM ROM and 23034 XIP/SYS from Da_G.
All it has got is the bare minimum OEMDrivers, plus a fully featured SYS (some of the SYS applications have been tweaked: removed extra screen layouts for LockScreen, removed SampleMusic etc, UPXed a few things).
The XIP has been tweaked quite heavily to get the best performance, and you should be able to add whatever you like to this ROM and it should remain stable.
Try it and see (and install whatever keyboard you feel like using).
This will probably act as the basis for some "full" ROMs afterwards.

Once I've made a few changes, I'll open it up to other chefs.
There are a few things I want to do (like get nicer icons for the Comm Manager, SIMManager etc) and a few performance tweaks I want to do, but then I'll upload a kitchen.

Before we start you will need follow parts:

Extract NOOB Kitchen 1.0.rar Shortest possible folder path like "D:\Kitchen"
Start the Erviuskitchen.exe, Click on the button "Load ROM" and select "Base.erv". Everthing will now be autofill.

Scroll down to the "DIAMOND-Device: 003_English_Standard_2_03", I have already disable alots of package from start.
Let say you like the Audiobooster just double click on it and it will change to "true". Some package need other package to work.
if some package is missed you will end up with a error box on the phone when you start the app

You should try to apply the SMS Bug fix before you flash it. Just delete the metadata folder in the D:\Kitchen\SYS\21859\SHARED\COMMON\" and replace it with the new one.
To change the version just download another Builds. Delete the SYS and the ROM folder and replace it with the new one. Goto "D:\Kitchen\Tools\RomSaved\" and open Base.erv in Notepad. Locate the lines XIPBUILD#21859, SYSBUILD#21859 and change to the correct build version to avoid errors when Loading ROM.
Remember to uncheck the WM 6.5 AKU and replace the OEM if your ROM is WM 6.1 before you build the ROM.
Ps. If you want to enable the OLD stock TouchFLO you must have a file from the orginal ROM "PT_Manila_REG.cab".
PT_Manila_REG.cab contains the registery entries for the today plugin. If you not know what Im talking about download the new TouchFLO under EXT FILES instead.
When you feeling happy press "Save ROM". This will save all your configuration you have made.
Next up is to make all your package to a flashable file. Press the "Create ROM" button. This will take some time !!!!
When "Temp config.txt Deleted!!!" your ROM is done. Goto D:\Kitchen\RELEASE_DIAMOND\
and start the CustomRUU.exe and follow the instructions.

Drag the OEM, ROM, SYS and EXT from the other RAR files and overwrite the existing folder.
If you already have a build press YES to overwrite info.txt, xip.bin, romhdr.bin .........
Start the Erviuskitchen.exe, if you gets any error on the startup you have made something wrong or forgot to extract a RAR file.
Reselect DIAMOND and everything will be autofill.
Select LZX Compression and WM 6.5 Real AKU if your cooking WM 6.5
Your Kitchen sould look something like this
If some lines is White you have to restart the Program !!!
Nex up is to disable some package. Check the Disable list HERE
You must disable the old TouchFlo3D from "Standard EXT from v2.03 0409" before flashing.
When you feeling happy press "Save ROM". This will save all your configuration so you dont have to disable the package every time.

Since it is a Diamond kitchen it would be nice to include both Windows Mobile 6.1 and Windows Phone 6.5. About 6.5 you can include different builds from different branches (COM2, COM3, COM4).

Tree structure
Tree structure is way easier than with erviuse's one.
In base folder, there are few folders:
build - building, no need to touch, you can delete it when not cooking (should be automatically, but if it crashes...)
FLASH - output for NBH
Kitchen - contains config + few internal tutoriales
Projects - Saved projects folder
Tools - There are tools, shouldn't be touched!
Sources - This contains all SYS, Kernels, .........
-> _Compress - don't touch
-> EXT - there you can create folders to which you can place your ext packages
-> MSXIPKernel - always create folder named as version and inside it place all MSXIPKernel files
-> NK - native kernels, create there folder for your device (names in first post), I'll speak about it later
-> OEM - Here create just as with NK your device-named folder and place in it OEM files
-> ROM - There also create device-named folder and place in it romhdr.bin, os.nb.payload and folder XIP with MSXIPKernelLtk and OEMXIPKernel without nk.exe!!
-> Stuff - just some stuff for devices, you can't do anything there, don't touch it
-> SYS - There create version-named directories. In them are supposed to be few more directories:
->-> All - There goes DPI and RES related stuff, but NO LANGS!
->-> Common - There place all nonDPI, nonRES, nonLANG related files, just main binaries etc
->-> <lang code> - here goes all langs, like 0405, 0409, 0C0A etc
About the NK folder. In this folder create device-named folder and in it always folder which name you'll must remember. In this subfolder past nk.exe you want to use.
It isn't all. Now go back to Sources\NK\<your device> and create file define.txt. There goes on one line each NK with syntax:
<folder name>|<is 6.5 true/false>
so you can have more NKs at one kitchen (like 6.5 and 6.1 at once or with any hacks etc), you select them later in kitchen GUI.
