I installed and uninstalled Photo Contacts Pro on my touch pro2. Now I notice that all incoming calls are silent even when I go into setting>personal>sounds and notifications>notifications and change it to ring or vibrate and soft reset. Is there any way to fix this without doing a hard reset?
The reason I installed Pro contacts 2 was for the call-filtering feature. I had it set up where all calls from my contacts would vibrate and all calls from unidentified or blocked caller ID’s would be silent. The demo worked perfectly but the full version was too buggy so I uninstalled it. Now every incoming call is silent no matter how I have it set up in settings. Any Suggestions?
try reinstall!

Just earlier I noticed that my ringtones don't play. It wasn't vibrating aswell unless it was on the vibrate mode.
Now it seems to vibrate aswell normally.
But i'm still left with the problem where on an incoming call the ringtone doesn't play.
In "sounds and notifications" on the incoming call option when I press play nothing happens with whichever ringtone I select. However on other alerts its fine.
[EDIT] I've just realised that I can't change any option in Sounds and Notifications. Even when I press the OK button it loads but it doesn't close and no alerts or any notification changes. However I've tested some notifications just to see if the play button actually plays the tone that is selected and it does play but on incoming call alert I can't get anything to play. Either way whatever I change in SOUNDS AND NOTIFICATIONS I can't save it and I cant close it.
Very wierd....Any ideas..?
AND YES...I've soft reseted and tried.
AND NO.....I am not willing to reflash as Ive just got it setup the way I want and installed everything nicely and want to leave it the way it is.. AND Fix_WM6_Sounds.CAB doesn't fix it
Is there any way to stop messaging from vibrating while your in a phone call in CM6, it's annoying to have it vibrate when it's sitting against my ear.
I cant even get my phone to vibarte in call or not in call...
Mms, settings, notification settings
I like to keep my phone on vibrate but it isn't vibrating for incoming calls. How can I sort this?
Settings=>Sound and select vibrate for incoming calls and notifications.
Sent from my HTC Desire
Doesnt work with the sound profile on Vibrate, it's greyed out.
Put it back to normal and then make sure they're ticked then go back to vibrate. Should work fine, though
Hi! I need some help...
Last night I put my Xperia M on DND mode and in the morning, when I disabled it, the phone is not ringing on incoming calls.
Although the phone does vibrate.
Everything else is working, WhatsApp Notifications, Facebook Notifications etc etc. Just the incoming calls.
Any help would be appreciated!
Thanks in advance!
EDIT :
The problem has been solved!
There were some contacts which had a different ringtone assigned to them.
Once they were restored they had the same ringtones assigned to them but the system did not have the ringtones so all the phone did was send a buzz.
Deleted those contacts and saved them again.
Phone's chimey again!!!!
Hope this helps anyone else who had the same problem.
Hi, could anyone that uses pushbullet check if they are getting the incoming call notification on their pc? I tried enabling notifications for all apps in the pushbullet settings, tried turning off skip silent notifications and even tried reinstalling the app.
All other notifications are working for sms, whatsapp, etc. But incoming calls aren't.
Also on a side note, even teslaunread doesn't show a notification bubble on the phone app for missed calls whereas it works on the messages app and whatsapp.
Same issue for me with pushbullet. It works with incoming sms or whatsapp, but not with incoming call.
Just see that:
https://www.reddit.com/r/PushBullet/comments/77d6rc/no_incoming_call_notifications/
Same problem too with notification led: don't work on missed call. Ok with missed messages.
Same issue on OnePlus 5t
Same problem here on Oneplus 5t. have tried disabling silent notification on the mobile app and also enabled end-to-end encryption. No luck. All other notifications come through except incoming calls and missed calls
Try disabling the battery optimization in system settings for the apps you are having notification issues with. That always fixed the problem for me.
