WM6.5 on ipaq?

Hi guys,
Could anyone tell me how to re-cook wm6.5 rom for ipaq hx2490? There is only Chinese version of this rom available for this model so far.

My i780 has the following ROM - i780XCHA4 in PT (Portuguese).
