hello sorry is this has been answered before. i want to get rid of the tmobile branding and found some full housing cases on ebay. i just wanted to know can i swap out the tmobile housing for the original tp2 housing? in size is it the same?

the T-mobile TP2 housing is different than the OEM/other carrier housings. as to if they can be swapped, I would say no. but that is just my observation seeing as you cannot use cases or docks from OEM for the TMO TP2.

i hate bothering you guys but just trying to get a definite answer to the housing change. i guess im the first one to try this out and dont mind it. is the casing just different but the hardware under is designed the same? anymore input would be nice and thanks in advance.

i have a universal which worked except one day i bought a new housing wich i thought i could change and found out i couldn't. i had it for a while and dont plan on finishing it i lost the bottom part to the housing if anyone is intrested let me know im located in il or pm for pics

the only thing its than the housing has a few scratches and the usb is loose which i never fixed and never erased my info on it so cause to be honest i never had the time since im a single dad. and now i have a athena wich i really like here are pics of the mda 4 aka tmobile 4

The immediate answer is no. Not until they come up with an unlocker for it.
even if you can, you wouldn't be 3g..T-Mobile unit uses different freq.
ok so im in australia, and want to upgrade my touch pro, to a tp2, however the cheapest ones i can find on ebay are all tmobile. Just wondering if anyone knows if there is any significant diff between the normal tp2 and the t-mobile one?

T Mobile version looks little bit different, and doesn't have front camera.
Im buying a new digitizer and lcd. What I need to know is what the hell is a Verizon Touch Pro 2 (model...see below).
I'm gonna buy the lcd and digitizer and try to put them together prior to changing instead of trying to seperate then to change the digitizer. Just ebay is confusing on what to buy.

Hello Guys,
I am currently living in Brazil and and after my n7000 crashed and damaged even the touch, I need to buy a new digitizer for it. It is impossible to get a new one in Brazil as Samsung created a policy that international phones will not be repaired in Brazil (not speaking of warranty, they don't accept even money for that). My mobile was purchased in J&R and is probably Chinese or Korean.
Can someone direct me to a place to buy a new one from Samsung ? I've searched e-bay and the digitizers there are of a generic brand and I am not willing to pay US$250,00 for a generic one.
Also, have anyone heard about any hardware issues with the N7000 ? I purchased another one from Brazil because of the problem above and it came defective, with some intermitent problems, like the screen getting green sometimes (similar to the visual effect when you break and LCD monitor) but it occurs only very rarely. Does anyone knows about any issues about the n7000 models ?
