upgrade WM 6.5 on OmniaLite to 6.5.3

Hi,
can anyone help me upgrade my OmniaLite (B7300) to Windows Mobile 6.5.3.
It has WM 6.5 installed since I bought it... I'd like to install original WM 6.5.3 ROM from microsoft (re-released on Feb 16). Can anyone help me? (I don't have the knowlegdes to do this kind of things... sorry...)

Could you help me with the Swedish program for Win 6.5? All packages to win 6.5 OS Version 5.2.21895.
I have been searching but without no luck.
I have a HTC HD 2, and are using OS Version 5.2.21895.
