it depends on the kind of themes you like to use. Please explain what you like to install.
Is it a theme for windows mobile, for manila or any application? Each of it has to be installed in a different way.

I don't know, but ADW probably not support dock from image file(only themes).

So, where is that original, polish version available? ;]
Can you upload the files into another service (like Mediafire, or 4shared)
omg man these icons doesnt even fit each other.. the theme will look sluggish.. please explain what by what to choose (e.g. 3x1 for the phone or something? cuz this wont work)..

I do not know I well understand you, my English is not good. You must set 5 rows in homesrceen.
Cant get it to installed in recovery on Cyanogenmod 6.1 froyo 2.2.1
It isn't pack to flash via recovery. You need to install the theme manually. instruction is in the package

you need to install the attached apks for facebook for htc sense to work properly. For installing them use system apps installer which is available in google play for free.
Just copy them is your SD. and install them via system apps installer. that's it.
NOTE: make sure you have facebook not already installed on your phone. you can update it later once it is installed. And friends stream is there.

Do you have stock rom or custom rom?
You can use different Launchers or install a AOSP ROM with Theme apps or built in theme apps. I use a AOSP rom and use different themes

i Didn't understand what you but all i know is that i haven't rooted my phone. So is there any way i can get those viper themes uploaded in the forum.

as far as i know, you cannot change the theme with stock rom without root.

I tried installing it again like a normal installation but it couldn't install again. I'm using custom ROM, MM 6.0.1 Cyanogenmod 22 Dec.

an, installatiin problem with only CM with my version. but ther's another version (kinda large file) on web that's works with CM. if u still have curiosity then let me know. or u can google for the file.
