I really don't want this! Unfortunately, it's locked to the rom(i'm with european version).
Can you please tell me what am i suppose to do to delete it completely?

you have to HSPL your phone then you can flash a custom ROM and none of them have Copilot

I tried the Rogers website but it seems like the download is unavailable.
If someone could send me a copy of the ROM or at least let me know where else I would be able to find one, that would be great.

Are you need exactly roggers ROM? Here we have some cool roms from HTC:

You just need to make CIM unlock and install this.

Looks like the download link has since expired. I just picked up a new s621 and am looking for the Rogers WM6 upgrade. Does someone still have this kicking on their drive that they could share?

Well, you can download the stock rom and reflash it that way. Do you have the tmobile version or unbranded tp2?

Thanks. but I get a problem with F_Docomo.
I use it after I update to 4.0.4.
Then I press Unlock(not permanant one), it works but I loss my imei(unlike what instruction say you can keep the imei)
Does anyone try F_Docomo in 4.0.4 system?

Using DC Unlocker is the only way i guess!!. But i suggest you not to attempt manually relocking the bootloader to return to stock. It will surely cause serious issues..

You May Want To Double-Check DC...
Be sure it's compatible with your variant before you delve in..
