Power Settings Query - Touch Pro2, Tilt 2 Windows Mobile General

In the power settings, there's a tab named 'information' which displays;
Last full charge
Since Last full charge
Standby time
etc, etc
This is all at 0 on mine and it's had a bout 3 charges, is anyone else's like this?
Thanks!

how long your blueangel battery last

how long does yours last for per charge... mine only last for 4-5 hours..is my battery is condemned already.. you see it really is a bother to charge the phone few times a day.. i supposed it should last longer looking at the size.. tell me how long exactly yours lasted and should i go get a new one..
it always depends on what you do with it and how your general energy settings are. if you're experiencing trouble with your battery span, you might want to check a few settings:
- turn off wi-fi and bluetooth when not needed, turn off beam
- adjust the backlight settings, both in brightness and the time to turn off.
- the time the device turns off
also, to prevent the device from accidently turning on in your pocket, you might wanna check, that only the power button wakes up the device.
btw. in standby/hibernation, my device lasts for 2 days, when using it from time to time, i can use it a regular work-day, like 10 hours, in constant use, calling or surfing, it would only last an hour or two.

Battery drain once removed from charger?

I notice that when my phone is at 100% percent (green light is lit) and I remove it from the charger within 5 minutes I plummet to around 90 to 89 but after that the battery seems to drains like its suppose to. What I want to know is:
1. Is there anyway to fix this?
2. Would getting the battery from the HTC TP2 fix this problem or is it something with the phone itself?
My current settings are: Damage Control v.3.1.2, Mobile Network Off, Wifi Off, GPS Off, Bluetooth Off, 4G Off, Signed out of Talk, Background Data Off, Auto-Sync Off, and radio set to CDMA (PRL)
I also wiped battery stats before flashing this Rom (my battery has always had this problem even before the wipe so this wouldn't have done anything). I also tried Joker's method of plugging the phone in and out 10 times till its fully charged while the phone is off and that didn't help either.
Thanks in advance to anyone who responds
This has been discussed many times before and to my knowledge no one knows why some batteries do this. Mine will drop the top half of the battery rapidly then the bottom half goes pretty slow.

What's up with the battery usage?

Up until last night, the battery tab in Settings showed me the breakdown of each process that was draining the battery, including screen. Now it only shows that Android OS is using 100% of the battery and that it's been on for 248 days? Tried restarting and it's still showing up this way. Any ideas how to fix? Thanks!
I don't own one of these devices(yet), but based on android knowledge I'll give some recommendations.
are you rooted or modified in anyway?
if so fix permissions and reboot. if that doesn't work clear your battery stats.
If not I'd try shutting it all the way off and plugging it in to charge. don't press the power button. If its like my other Samsung devices it should come on by it self when you plug in the cable and kick in to a battery charging mode just showing an animated battery in the middle of the screen. let it charge from there until full then turn it back on.
short from doing a full wipe I can't think of anything else to tell you.
You might want to contact Samsung or poke around the web see if anyone else have experienced a similar problem Ive never seen anything like that in a stock rom.
I'm assuming you have already tried taping the refresh button in the upper right hand corner.
when you tap on the graph at the top of the batter stats does it show you the time breakdown of the wifi and screen and such along the bottom?
oh also make sure your software is fully up to date.

Battery Issue After Update, and how to solve

Some people might have experienced a battery issue after the latest update. It can be solved quite easily. Even If you don't believe you have an issue with your battery, you should try this as it seems baked into the update process.
Just to describe my experience first. After update my battery was going from 100 percent to 20 percent in about 8 hours while idle. It wouldn't charge while it was on. I would have to turn off the phone to charge it. I could not figure this out, until I found similar issues on different phones in the forums. It seems that when an update gets pushed to your phone, and your battery is low, your current battery charge is cached as 'max'.
First I thought the connector on my charger was broken. Then I thought maybe the charge port on the phone was somehow damaged. Then I thought there was possibly a foreign object in the charge port. It is actually none of these things. It's a software issue. Here is the resolution.
You want to boot into recovery mode. This is taken directly from Lenovo's website on the Turbo 2, but please read my caveats at the end.
Power off the device and unplug it.
Press and hold the Power and Volume Down buttons until the device turns on.
From the Boot Mode selection menu, press the Volume Down button to scroll to Recovery and the Power button to select it. The device will restart.
An image of an Android robot with a red exclamation mark will appear.
Press and hold the Power button, while still holding Power, press and release the Volume Up button, then release the Power button.
Use the Volume buttons to scroll to Wipe Cache Partition and press the Power button to select it.
If an additional confirmation screen appears, use the Volume buttons to scroll to Yes and the Power button to select it.
Press the Power button to select Reboot System Now.
This is basically the process, but you have to change up a couple things. After you wipe the cache, select 'turn off' rather than 'reboot'. Give the phone a minute to be sure it is entirely off. Plug the phone into a charger in the off state and let it charge fully. Once you are certain that the phone has been charged to 100 percent, you can reboot phone. Voila, back to almost 2 days worth of battery life.
It doesn't work for me, anyway thanks for sharing this info.

I wrote this for X Style but it can be aplied to Moto x Force in the same way:

I am having this issue, and sometimes Ampere shows the current draw at 2A even though the only thing I've done since power-on is run the Ampere app. I also have the green lines but that's been for much longer, so maybe there's a short but the issue started after an update not with the green lines. I'm suspecting something like a radio bug but unfortunately BetterBatteryStats requires root to do any real useful analysis (not possibly yet that I've seen with the VZWDT2). The only thing showing under usage is screen-on.
Wouldn't be ironic if it were an as-yet undiscovered crypto-miner? That hacker would be able to earn a huge bounty if they found permanent root.
Same problem here, any other solution? What's the best app to diagnose what's draining the battery?
I have done every thing with my turbo 2 , all given your tips i implemented on my mobile,
but still my phone battery not working well like working before update nougat. after updated nougat my mobile battery draining fast and after full 100 charge my mobile battery just work 3 and max 4 hours.
please launch any new update to resole this battery issue or give me some best tip to improve the battery work same work as before update nougat.
We are motorola users and we love this but company not support our users to actual solve this bad issue, really bad.
hope i hear from you with good news for users.
thanks & Regards,
I have tried multiple ways that I've found on the web, but still, my Turbo 2 has at best 3 to 4 hours of running time. Several months ago, I had the battery changed out. New battery behaved the same way. I'm convinced that Nougat is the culprit here.
Fully charged
Within an hour it went down to 68% and then shut down down. Any other fixes?
Just got a new battery fro the Droid Turbo 2
And it's working as it should. Apparently, the battery installed this past September was faulty.

Help sought - Battery/charge abnormal behaviour

I've had my M8s from new & recently it's been doing some very odd shutoffs. Battery level indicates well over 50% when it shuts down, plugging the charger in usually brings up the yellow empty battery icon & then the charge indication will jump to 60%+
Battery drain is in the order of 1% every couple of minutes even when all apps are shut off & background processes limited to bare minimum with Battery Saver active.
I've tried factory reset & clearing cache through the recovery menu to make sure I haven't got something sucking the life out and have also tried the power-level recal. whilst plugged in from HBoot restart (holding down power, volume up & down for 2+minutes) to no avail.
Battery health is apparently good according to every app I've tried.
Currently running around with a battery-bank in my pocket to keep the phone alive.
Your battery is dead. I had exactly the same issue (dying at 44%) and had the phone RMA'd. (it was 18 months old and 14 months in use at that time)
