I WAS a fan, your skully theme is what made me start themeing but this is ridiculous. Youre capable of way better.

You started to rag on my themes with this and burnt, it didnt work. cause I dont care if people know how i do them.. as long as they like it.

Furthermore, Randum, don't listen to him. I like your themes more than any of the ones that change every icon. At least yours look great after you install some apps.

Crysis has a made a theme around here somewhere. I don't think he was trying to start a fire. He just stated his liked ramdomaccess previous work and that he was disappointed in the lastest themes that seemed rushed and not up to his usual par. That is all and nothing more. Not a insult really just misput constructive criticism. I got burned the other day for doing the same thing. Let's agree that most us aren't really good with people, we work better with machines, lol...

[Theme] Blood Red (a Christian theme) - cm-4.1.10 Only!

This is my first Christian Theme on XDA so i need a disclaimer:
I am not pushing any beliefs on anyone here...
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE Respect each others opinions and DO NOT post heated speeches/arguments here against ANY religion...
Each person has a right to believe in what they want and this is NOT the place for heated discussions about peoples Faith or Religion or even if they choose not to believe at all! That is their RIGHT! and im not here to take away anyone's rights!
I say this because some people cant accept the fact that others believe something else besides them and I have seen many heated arguments about religion and if you do that in this post...
IT WILL GET LOCKED AND/OR DELETED!
Did i make that clear enough for everyone? ok on to the download... lol

This was done during a Themers Block... its kinda like writers block but for themes lol

Why do people like Myn's Pull down notification

I didn't want to get POSTED IN WRONG SECTION'd, but goddamn that pull down is fugly!
Am I the only one that hates the freaking stretched out look in landscape? Why have devs held on to this thing from Manup's theme? It looks HORRIBLE to me, especially on Myn's.

I was here getting all pissed over it when I came across the NinjaMorph how-to guide. I fixed it my damn self, lol.
BTW: framework-res.apk is what you're editing -- there's an error on the 1st page that had me searching for the wrong thing.

Myns Rom is ugly period. Slow and a stupid idea of a Rom. Who bloats it up when speed is much more important. Imo.

That's just impolite, Novan. It's fine to say you don't like it, but Myn works very hard and each release includes improvements as requested by his users - he always takes notice of suggestions. Warm is also one of the most-used ROMs in the community, so he must be doing something right. Keep that stuff to yourself.

and to the OP, why not just send Myn a PM instead of creating an inflammatory thread that basically outlines you finally figured out how to do something for yourself

I just donated to his ROM... I like it, and I like how he tries different things... to each his/her own, but there is no reason to badmouth someone for trying new things...

It is called for. Just like people bash car manufacturers for the ugly design... they worked hard on that design but I don't tell reviewers "that was uncalled for".

ok im not gonna keep feeding the troll but the difference is car manufacturers are FOR PROFIT. XDA devs do this for free as a service to the development community. There is nothing wrong with voicing your opinion, theres no issue with that, but when you do it like you did, then it is a problem, which is why everyone in the thread is screaming at you for your comments.

There is nothing wrong with expressing your opinion about something...even if it is negative, but the manner in which you, and many others, choose to do so is horribly impolite. There is never a need to be hateful our hurtful. Nothing is improved by it, and nothing you said had any chance of leading to a better product. Why? Because you gave zero information. Saying "It is stupid" doesn't help the designer do a better job, out give him a better idea of what people want. All you have done is bash someone else's work. It's your prerogative, dude, but "manners make the world go round" is the saying for a reason. Being a douche and then calling others childish doesn't make you ironic...or at least not in a good way.

Myns Rom is slow because of the theaming and transitions. The Orange and brown duo is ugly and reminds me of homes with those old 70's carpets.
Is that still hateful?
I don't even hate it because I have tons of roms to chose from.

You seriously can't win on this forum at all. Lol.
One: I used the search to find an answer to a problem that *I* personally had.
Two: I searched through the thread for Myn's ROM and couldn't find the solution.
Three: I Google'd a bit to find an answer to the problem and couldn't find a solution.
Four: I searched a few more times through the Theme section and found a possible solution and read.
Now if at any one of those points I posted a thread as to how to fix it, I'm sure some one would have posted I should have searched and that the thread is useless. So I solved it for myself and post here that I was frustrated and needed to vent and now I'm creating an inflammatory thread. LOL.
I might go and message him, but I figured if people had the same opinion as me, the ROM wouldn't have gone through however many revisions and kept the pull down. Therefore, I kept my mouth shut and didn't bother messaging him. Oh and when it was in Manups custom theme, I posted in that thread and got no response - if you look through my posts, you'd probably find it. I mean, hey I've got a total of 14 posts and my phone is all customized!
I've been on since before I had an Evo reading and trying to understand things. It's my FIRST smartphone, lol. So give me a break. I tried.

simple solution, if you dont like it, dont use it, just keep it moving

Wow, you really shouldn't make fun of people for grammar or spelling. English might not be their first language.
Unfortunately there are people out there that are so miserable and desperate in their own lives that they enjoy negative attention. After reading a few of his posts it would appear that his XDA posts are the most complex and meaningful conversations he has in the day. It would appear that the number of responses, good or bad, is how he measures his self worth. Hopefully he can mature and grow as a person. Hopefully he can find it much more rewarding to justify his existence with the number of people he helps, rather than the number he annoys.

While I disagree with the person calling you names, which is totally uncalled for, there was no need for your "English" comment as well.
English may not be the persons primary language, but in an international forum such as this, you'll see grammar not being the best for some people.

Hahaha, I think the one about cloud computing is priceless....seeing how everyone is trying their best to catch up with Google's cloud offerings, even Apple knows that's where the user pull is at.

There is no denying that Google has incredible vision.

I remember google Androids early days, defending the concept and making iPhone users look/feel stupid. Ha ha.
I say Google Android because google didn't always have rights to Android. Without Google, Android would be nothing. I knew there was a reason I signed up for gmail beta back in the day. Haha

I never used Android before 2.0, but I remember when my cousin showed me his G1 and was explaining how awesome it was when there were almost no apps for it yet.
I was on an Omnia at the time, and was extremely jealous...as I tapped at my screen with a damn stylus.

I was running WinMo 6/6.5 and thought I was in the future... that sure panned out.
