Hello,
I may be wrong, but the map that you listed... isn't that one of those warez maps?
Yes they are, is any way to added it to TomTom navigation?
You have to follow certain steps in order to use those kinds of maps, as they include creating files based on variable inputs such as your unique device ID etc.
I had to do this myself and was able to find a way at a different website, but I'm not going to post on here as it is warez. Use google and search your way to freedom. ;-)
MOD EDIT
No guidance on using warez or files associated with warez are permitted on this site

You can download Garmin Mobile XT from the Garmin website. (you need I think the garmin support files and basemap)
Then with their mapsource software, you can upload your maps from windows to the phone.

Hi Everyone
At first I have to say that my English isn't the best but I hope you can understand me
I'am looking for a way to use a Tomtom GO (All In One Navigation) (in my case TT GO 500)
as a GPS-Receiver to feed my HTC Phone (in my case Wizard), to run another GPS-Software on it Garmin, another Version of Tomtom oder GPSgate.
I've allready searched the Forum but I couldn't find any Thread that matches (It's allways an DataConnection it download Maps to Tomtom Go or to run Tomtom on WM with other third Party Receivers).
So if anyone has a good Idea, please share it with me (us)

So far, any futher ideas ?
After some head scratching I finally got TomTom 7.915 with maps 825.2159 working on my Touch HD, and it works a treat with map share, it’s already up dated the map even though the 825.2159 version was only released in March and you can change the car symbol woo hoo

Hello funk1980
I do believe that I’m not breaking the rules as the website I mention the software is free and I did not give the whole address, I have not giving any other info on where I got the software etc so can you please inform me how I have broke the rules.
Many Thanks Jez
Does anyone know if the 825.2159 map is compatible with 7.910? It should be.
yes those maps are compatible but I will admit I could not get TomTom 9.10 to work on my Touch hd

I did, but I'm running a 815 map.
Is there any date list for different versions so we know how old a particular map is?
I have had a look for map release dates, nothimg, all you can do is keep a check with tomtom website

you should mention it on tomtom this topic:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=432410
But anyway it depends what version of map you are using, you can find the version of current map on your PNA by clicking on the version display in Status summary
by the way,you cannot find the way to do this here it's against the rules.
Does anyone have a GPS program with Swedish maps? Or know where I can get one?
It should also be free
If, where can I download it?

Tomtom(.com) (route planner) works well and has Swedish maps, for oziexplorer(.com) (topografic maps), also Swedish maps exist as I remember well. Both work well but are officially not free.

Ever heard of Google? try tomtom 7.9 pda and it will help you on your way.
Or try news groups. For oziexplorer, there is a demo version on the web site. Maps via news groups
Hi!
I like NaviComputer a lot. It is free and you can use the NaviMapper application, which comes with the installation on your desktop to download OpenStreetMaps. This way you can stay offline all the time, but have great maps.
This tool is not meant to be a Navigation software like TomTom etc.
The only downside of the program in my opinion is, that you cannot search for street names. You always need to have a rough idea, where you want to go.
I'm using it for GeoCaching for instance.
