Hack and install new ROM on my HTC Touch Diamond from Rogers

Hi, hi recently unlock my phone but when I tried to install a new ROM on it for stop to see Roger's presentation on start up, that seem to doesn't work ??? but i have unlocked my phone yet !?!? Can anyone can help me pls and can you give me the best setting for my Diamond like the newest ROM, RADIO and good useful sofwares... Thanks

There are some stickies regarding CID unlocking/Hard SPL your device (is not the same as SIM unlocking..)
Read those carefully and then choose an appropriate ROM.

Debrand htc touch p3450

Hi Everyone
Can someone point me in the right direction to get a ROM for my orange p3450 touch
i wish to Debrand it back to HTC ROM
i found one on GMS Website but it didn't work and wasn't in English but the docs was
so if any one could point me in the right direction it would be much appreciated

There are a ton of roms on the HTC Upgrading forum. I recommend Onyx.

Flash the shipped rom first.

I've been browsing the rhodium forum section because i have a Touch Pro2 and just get so confused.
I tried to change my phones theme and flucked it up. Is there any tutorials on here of how to change themes and someone please tell me what are ROMS.

[Q] with a rooted desire will HTC sync still work?? mine isnt?? any suggestions?

do you have the latest version of htc sync?? older ones dont work with froyo

can someone please post a link to it. in my country HTC only has 2.1 so i cant find the link. the one on the htc website is for 2.1

If you live in the US (or want to download the version that is relevant to your country then change your location at the top of the screen and go to Support and you will find the download links for HTC Sync.
HTC Sync 3.0 is the one you want and it works with Android 2.1 and above except the special version of HTC sync for tattoo, magic and hero, that version has (1.5) next to it so it won't work on your phone.
edit: oh btw, the website might ask you to enter in your phone's serial number in order to download the file. it will tell you where to locate the number on your phone.

I tried to re install it and didn't fix it it syncs for about 2 mins then cancels itself. any ideas? i am using the 3.0 software

HTC M8s unbranded rom help

Hi ladies and gentlemen
i have recently purchased a M8s and would like to flash a unbranded rom similar to the standard m8 google play edition
it was locked on o2 UK so but the phone is unlocked and i will be using it on plus net mobile so would like to remove the branding in any splash screens
I have looked around some of the threads but i cant seem to figure out where to start as i want to be prepared for when i receive the phone
I would appreciate any help as a lot of info that i found pertains to the standard M8
i have a tiny bit of experience with android i put a custom rom on my mothers samsung tablet but this is going to be a learning experience switching from ios to droid
so if anyone can help with a step by step noob friendly guide it would be much appreciated
