As your is the first italian release there is no upgrade yet.
All you can do is upgrade the radio stack to the 1.04.02
the Italian ROM it's not yet available for download. i think that in about a month will be.

You don't have to upgrade your device to any new rom ..
stay with your current rom , and install any arabizer software ..
there is alot of softwares like : imaginet , buy it , or look for it at ce4arab.com

Can't download, don't serial mumber
French ROM HTC Diamond Mikado V1.7 (WME Build 19965) (Opéra 9.5 Build 2392) SFR illimytics.
Base on official French Rom 1.93.406.1 WME Build 19965.1.2.3 with HTC Raphael updates and many tweaks and tools.
