the windows logo isn't that clear upon boot, meaning the text. Is this my pda or is this just the way it's was designed? Oh, could you perhaps show us a changelog?

File Explorer
When we open File Explorer, instead of appearing the words "file explorer" near to the windows logo, we get "GSFinder+ WM5". Not really a bug, but i thought you should know.

In previous version( Wich i'm using) in game bubbles, it's impossible to put the music off. Did you fix this? ( i don't like playing and hearing those sounds- it really pisses me off)

Your theme looks very nice. A few questions :
1) Have you created your own lock screen ? If yes, does it lock ALL hardware keys, including the "home" key ?
2) While using WAD2 on my HD, I've always been facing problems with incoming calls. Firstly, a time lag of more than 5 seconds between the true call start and the instance that the Caller ID screen appears and the phone rings. Secondly, the Caller ID screen (either the WM one or the S2U2 one) does not draw correctly. Either the caller's name, or picture, or the S2A button are missing. Does your theme cope with these problems ?

No I don't créated lock screen. When you clic on start menu and clic on the bouton at bottom right, the screen is power off.
Secondly, sorry but I do not have this problem with the calls
@ 7896 if you instal wisbare adavance desktop 2, it works on all ROM

You need to choose Start\Settings\Home Screen HTC Sliding panel or the HTC Sliding top bar

Or just run ChomeConfig (Settings panel last position) and enable HTC Weather for your homescreen .

ok so after a while of using this rom here's my advice:
1. if you want to flash this rom remember it's NOT for daily use!
2. use MTTY
3. the ROM needs tweaking, there isn't enough RAM even to launch album!
anyway, I have to say this rom is fast relatively speaken, but again... the RAM
I love the new HTC Sense (also needs some fixes)
the animations (in photo tab, music tab when landscape) are surprisely fast!
1 possible bug I found: in music tab when pressing play/pause or next/back there is a white box instead of the button, but working...

land scape doesnt hide the taskbar bottom one.. and i hate this one hey cook pls fix the bookmark issue of older ROM please that is is for everyday use.

How to theme - Move start button from top to bottom

I've looked around but can't find answer to this. When I install any theme where someone shows a pretty pic with the start menu moved to the bottom-left of screen (instead of the default top-left position) - the colors/fonts change but start menu never moves. The theme appears to make a change to colors/fonts/etc, but never moves start-menu.
Notice in this example the start-menu is at the bottom-left (cool);

What the hell am I doing wrong - this happens for any theme which the author is showing the start menu is moved from top to bottom. Is there something else you must install for this? Where should I start reading to learn how to do this?? Many thanks for any help.

Ok so after reading a little it seems this is only achieved with the "new" Windows mobile 6.6 (everyone calls this 6.5.3) - which is also Microsoft build # 23518 and above.
But this fails to solve the mystery - because this build is only VERY new and only a few cooked roms are available with it - but I have been seeing screen shots of the start button in the bottom-left on many screen shots here for MANY months already...I am not convinced!

Mate, you're not doing anything wrong.
The problem is that you don't have a COM8 rom installed on your device.
The COM8 is ...let's say a different (and experimental) Windows Mobile 6.5 sys that has the start button in the bottom left.
There are plenty of these COM8 roms here at XDA to flash in your Blackstone, hust check this thread:

You can install the Xannytech's Grid Evolution 1.9, wich I like most of all firstly for its performances and speed, but this is a personal taste....:

Keep in mind that this rom is WWE (Standard English language) and not localized....but you can change the Manila language with the help of Manila Language Manager 0.6 that you can find in the Themes section of Blackstone.

The latest ROMs I found are the 28014 & 28205
It's a new branch, more stable than COM3 and COM4, but with the same look (buttons at the bottom).

dafunk2 - cheers mate - thats the insight i was looking for. I flashed that evo rom from Xannytech's on the weekend and are a happy customer - thats a great rom....6.5.x is sooooooooo much better.
