Hey,
Is there any way to enable the TCM (through the radio) on the TP2 ?
Can it works in Israel ?
FYI: you can edit you post (and it's title) if you need to instead of re-posting.

Just been looking at this page ... I think some of the info may be helpful in solving the PDA2k (and maybe other models) Bluetooth Audio Gateway problem.
My question is how would I execute these commands? Would I need to build an application or could I do it via an application that already exists?
Is it allready out there? - tried the Chinaversion without luck....
just use kaiser's one - it works ok, you only need to update htcrt and diamondcustomruu - everything else stays the same.
From all of Denmark to all of Moscow - thx JugglerLKR

I have really looked everywhere for at least a half hour but I just can't find the htcrt version that supports the Diamond. Can someone please post a link or attach the correct file? I would be most grateful.
here you go
Hello,
hopefully somebody could help me
I´m using BBconnect on my HTC Touch HD and everything is fine.
Now i bought the Gonews Touch ( RSS Reader ). Right now i mainly update my feeds using an Wlan connection. But i would appreciate it, if it will be possible to update those feeds ota.
In GoNews Touch there´s an option to use an proxy.
I thought i could use my bbconnect connection for updating the feeds.
Searching the web, brings up a thread in seems.org. But the answers there
didn´t work. ( proxa = localhost 127...., port,... )
The questition is, did somebody use his bbconnect connection in another software, where it is possible to specify the proxy ?
If yes, which settings do i have to use ?
Or how could i figure them out.
Hope it is okay to ask something like this, but i think this is the only forum where experts can "hopefully" help me to solve that specific issue.
And maybe it will be also helpful for others.
Thanks in advance.

bbconnect on the touch hd? how did u do that? could you help me please?
Hi,
there´s already an existing thread to that point.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=443125
Just use the search function.
Or in short words.
a) you´re sim - contract must have bb
b) download bbconnect ( latest version must be ...106 -> search at seems.org )
c) install it on the htc touch hd
d) Info: i´m using it in the company on a bes server
e) BES account must be set by the systemadmin
f) activate bbconnect, wait until you recieve a email ( something like you´re sucessfully registered )
g) wait for synchonization, voila...
h) maybe also helpful could be the bbconnect desktop for activation if
i) may failed
Additional Information: i´m using the stock rom.
Sorry for the short version, if you´re in need of more details.
Refer to the above mentioned thread or just pm me.

Hello all,
I need a bit of help
I've flashed and rooted the XXJPK as in this thread:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=790686
The problem I have is that after I rooted the phone I've done a not-so-smart thing
Without even thinking I replaced the "/system/app/Swype.apk" and "/system/lib/libSwypeCore.so" with the multi-language files from JP1 (from here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=7412595&postcount=73)
To my unpleasant surprise now Swype crashes
Goes without saying that -- in good old hacking tradition -- I didn't backup the original files first
So, the cry for help is:
1) Can some kind soul post the original (above two) Swype files in the XXJPK so at least I have a functioning Swype (even if it doesn't have the swedish language....)
2) Even better -- if a fellow swede (or scandinavian... ) that managed to get the swedish input in Swype in XXJPK, can you please post the files (apk / library) you are using ?
Thanks a bunch in advance for the help !!!
Moving on....
I've managed to find a Swype WVGA version with support for the swedish language (google: Swype WVGA svenska)
I removed the previous existing Swype-relevant files:
/system/app/Swype.apk
/system/app/Swype.opex
/system/lib/libSwypeCore.so
After a reboot I managed to installed the .apk version above.
The showstopper now is that I cannot switch to this input method: When I hold on a text entry field and selecting "Input Method" only "Samsung Keyboard" shows up (but no Swype)
Any input ?
(And applogies to the forum admins as this become off-topic for ROM development -- however, the fact that "Swype" is missing from "input method" should be vaguley relevant . Thanks for understanding)

I use the the JP1 file. You find the link to download on Swedroid. Its in the Galaxy S forum. Some thread about Q&A. Good Luck
It worked for me with JPK several times
I found the answer in the mean time (posting here for the record):
Under: Settings -> Locale and text activate Swype; change the settings as desired (language, etc).
Switch to Swype via the "Input Method" radio button selection when inputing text (tap and hold on a text input box).
Hope this will help others as well
Well this guy, DocRambone, most surdenly knows how to do it. Cause he did in his modded ROM, the superlite version. I just checked Swype settings again and it has swedish, danish, norway, uk, us etc. - all the languages are there.
Try out his ROM - so far it's working really perfect

Hi folks,
I bought a PX30 HU and all is running well first. After flashing a worng MCU update (without saving the config and not checking the supplier code), the bluetooth functions has gone, unfortunately. I contacted the chinese reseller, but it is a nightmare.... So my question; is there any structured way to identify the right MCU (cfg) by my own (e.g. Serial#, etc.)?
thanks or any idea/hint!
best
Andrew
Here is a starter https://forum.xda-developers.com/an.../comprehensive-updated-mcu-list-mtcd-t3476880
Also, wiki in my signature. Be prepared to read. For Bluetooth, simply set the BT type in factory menu. I wouldn't expect the next question to be 'how do I enter factory menu'

Hi,
thanks for this tons of stuff, will read it ... nevertheless, the process to identify the actual MCU version is clear, but I didn't do this while flashing the wrong one
And yes, you expected very well regarding the "entering the factory menu"
thanks in advance for support!

If you flashed a GS or HA MCU, I wouldnt leave it as is if it works. You will need to set the correct values in factory settings, which you typically want to document before flashing MCU. See my MCU cross compatibility thread (see my signature.)
