[APP][2011-08-04]SGS2 Compass for all Roms[themed]

Derivated from the gorgeous MIUI-project I'm proud to release a SGS2 colored & branded version of the installable MIUI-Compass. It's been tested on XXKG6-Stock and should function on all other Roms too.
Practically/codewise the APK is the same as the original one from the MIUI-project - nevertheless I've made some minor changes:
Icon changed to meet app-color (stock blue/plain black)
Compass color changed from orange to stock blue /plain black
Compass center SGS2-banded & colored (stock blue /plain black)
Compass data folder & package name changed from "com.miui.compass" to "com.sgs2.compass" + the references corrected accordingly
German language support

Due to the fact that my changes are more or less cosmetically ALL CREDITS go to the MIUI-project.

As CM10.1 has hit the general release, Avatar Team is branching with stable and nightly releases.
Stable releases are marked as 3.0. This is the first stable release from Avatar Team. Stable releases will be weekly or bi-weekly and will be tested extensively by our testing team.
Nightly releases will kickstart in a few days. We will merge CM changes every day and it will also contain experiemental features from Avatar.
We highly recommend to wipe cache/data/dalvik before flashing the stable releases.

A 4x3 weebo widget can be added in homescreen. It displays current location and recent actions taken by weebo. This list is updated whenever there is location change or any actions are performed by weebo.

Removed cell-Id display from recent events logs. Remove cell-Id entries from recent events list shown in weebo.
Changed location tracking time options from locations page. Put a "recommanded" text for 4 hours option and removed "5 minutes" tracking time.

Instructions:
If it's the first time flashing avatarrom or coming from another ROM
Install ClockworkMod Recovery.
Do a NANDroid backup of your current ROM from backup/restore menu.
Wipe Data/Factory Reset & Wipe cache partition
Flash the downloaded .zip file.

After doing all the necessary wipes (i.e. cache, dalvik, factory reset), rebooting the phone and letting it settle for 10 minutes, my battery was 75% after being charged overnight. Is this normal or simply because the rom just got released?
Thanks for integrating JB with MIUI -- two powerhouses rolled into one. MIUI officially didn't have 4G...until you came along! =)

AOSP keyboard crashes with gapps installed
Installed gapps now keyboard crashes all the time.

I like this ROM. I'm using all-star gapps and holo launcher and no problems at all. I really like the toggles. Decent battery on stock kernel so far.

Maybe a few of you guys issues have to do with Improper flash, I flashed once, been running all day, battery life is good, ROM is stable, No bugs thus far except for, sometimes the MUSIC that im playing shows a different title on the lockscreen than whats actually playing LOL but other than that, Support for more themes?? Or can we just go find any theme & install & apply it?

Stable release 3.0 - 07/02/2013
As CM10.1 has hit the general release, Avatar Team is branching with stable and nightly releases.
Stable releases are marked as 3.0. This is the first stable release from Avatar Team. Stable releases will be weekly or bi-weekly and will be tested extensively by our testing team.
Nightly releases will kickstart in a few days. We will merge CM changes every day and it will also contain experiemental features from Avatar.
We highly recommend to wipe cache/data/dalvik before flashing the stable releases.

Weebo
A 4x3 weebo widget can be added in homescreen. It displays current location and recent actions taken by weebo. This list is updated whenever there is location change or any actions are performed by weebo.
Fix for change of location when network is not detected
Removed cell-Id display from recent events logs. Remove cell-Id entries from recent events list shown in weebo.
Changed location tracking time options from locations page. Put a "recommanded" text for 4 hours option and removed "5 minutes" tracking time.

We are having some merge problems with 4.2.1 base. Will be released soon.

just flashed it and I'm liking this a lot. that mix between MIUI and Cyanogen is great.

Then I went to your avatar rom homepage and the theme section reminded me of LOTR "one ring to rule them all ..." how I love the book and how impressed I am by you guys using it !

ok ... so i flashed this rom ... its smooth , no FCs , and no bugs that can be observed in the first go except one ... the limit background processes option in the dev options doesnt stick to max 3 or max 4 after a reboot... it goes back to standard ....
other than this , i feel this rom is worth using ...
a feature request that i can make here is allowing the user to choose the toggles to be displayed ... and a kill all button in the task manager ...
hope you keep it updated ;D

Toggles settings can be changed from settings -> System -> Notification drawer

There can be only 12 toggles in status bar. Under settings -> System -> Notification Drawer -> Widget button order, there are 19 toggles. Drag the ones which you don't require to last position and it will not appear in status bar.

Just two things if I may request, first as said before by chickoo.t90 it would be a kill all button in the task manager and he second since this is a mix between Cyanogenmod and MIUI I personally would love if possible to have the new MIUI calculator instead of the one from Cyanogen. Other than that couldn't be happier, the rom is working smoothly and fast, no issue at all so far.

One of the things that has been preventing me from running cm builds as of recent was memory leaks.. also the high amount of artifacts rendered on the display due to certain lib files being used, and above all the inability to have a stable working Bluetooth. Would you mind commenting on this so I can get an idea of what to expect?

Can we flash it w/o problems like IMEI. It doesnt have a different modem right?
Edit: also it says CWM can I flash in TWRP?

GPS is working fine for me. Locked within 10 seconds
