Jaq3 Imate - Upgrading, Modifying and Unlocking

hi is anyone have wm 6.0 for Jaq3 ?? how to get it ?
on imate site there is no wm6.0 but i know some users with wm6.0
how to make rom to upgrade from nk.nb0 ?? how to change file to WMUPDAT.DIP ?

I need a WM5 ROM for my iPAQ hx2110 in German, because i want to upgrade the iPAQ from WM2003 SE to WM5. On the internet i found the english version only. Can somebody give me a link to download the file? It's very important.
