Mp3 Trimmer-when set as ringtone, varying volume? - Touch Pro2, Tilt 2 Windows Mobile General

I have used MP3 Trimmer for many of my ringtones. Problem is, the ringtone volume on each one have a varying volume. It will start out low, then go real loud, then low again, then loud. Is this normal? Is there a way to make it consistent? It is very annoying. It takes all the fun out of a good song for your ringtone b/c it sounds so jumpy-like.

bump. anyone? can you help?

what is MP3 Trimmer? does it come on the TP2? Its not on the Tmo TP2

MP3 trimmer lets you use your MP3's to trim songs and use them as ringtones.
Can anyone help me or do I just give up here?

INCREASING THE VOLUME

On my xda 2i is there anyway of making the phone louder when it rings apart from the drop down box. And secondly is there also anyway of making the mp3 player louder than 100%? (media player) It would be nice as through the headphones that come with it, I find that the volume is not loud enough. Thx

Very Low Ringtone Volume....

I upgraded to Black Shadow and the ringtones that came with it seems reasonably loud. But when i import mp3 or wav files to the "My Ringtones" folder, it's barely audible. IS there a way to increase the volume? I miss most of my calls due to low ringtone volume so i have no choice but to use the one that comes with it. Note* My volume is already in max and when i was using WM5, the volume bar was only halfway and it was already loud. And the way the mp3 or wav was recorded, its in a good enough volume for the WM5 but not for the cooked one.
anyone?
maybe editing the REG looking for keys.
I noticed different volumes in different roms...
there are some "keys" in the registry you can try changing - be careful!!
You can edit your sound file with a sound editor to increase the master volume of the file. It's what I did previsouly, and it's very efficient!

Sound sms custom notifications on sd card not so clear as another mp3 music?

Hello. I have a Samsung galaxy Gio GT-s5660, and i put some mp3 musics in sdcard / media/audio/notifications for customs sms tones. But que sound quality of an sms notification is not the same as when i play some music with the system mp3 reader. In these audio folder the music is less louder, and less sound quality. why? can anyone explain it to me? thank you
I have the same problem
I have exactly the same problem. When I create ringtones or in this case "notification" tones, my tone volume seems very quiet I can barely hear it (when its in my pocket)... In addition to Mentorman's question I would like to know if there is any way or tool to bypass this... thanks in advance

mp3 as ringtone

Is anyone having any issues with using mp3 as a ringtone? If I pick an mp3 the phone does not ring but rings just fine with any preloaded tones selected.
Any ideas how to get this to work?

Poor Custom Ringtone Quality?

Is anyone else getting poor custom ringtone quality on the Pixel 2 XL? When I play the file (mp3, wav, whatever) directly from the file system on the phone, like the ringtones folder, the sound is much fuller, louder, and truer to original quality than when it is played in the ringtone selection screen or when the phone rings. When the phone rings, the ringtone comes through sounding super compressed and tinny.
Is anyone else having this issue? If so, does anyone know how to fix it?
Just tested and yes I hear a difference between what Textra plays verses playing the file in a music app.
I figured out part of the problem. The ringtone only plays through the bottom speaker whereas the file played elsewhere is played through both speakers. I don't know if there's a way to enable both speakers for ringtones without unlocking/rooting though.
I'd like to resurrect this post. Has anyone found a solution? I had the same problem on my previous phone as well. If I play a sound file using play music, it sounds great. If I set that same file as a ringtone, it sounds awful.
Is there any solution about that issue?
Mine are fine. Both speakers. created with Ringtone Maker.
