Hey to all that make themes on here, was just reading a theme thread and replying to sino8r about donating to manup if he had donate link and he has a great point. If you guys (or gals) had a donate link I and I'm sure many members on here would send some cash to you for all your hard work on making our phones decked out! You all put a tremendous amount of time and work into them, the way I see it as i said in other thread is that its like buying a paid app or game only better because we know what product we are getting and we know it will be awesome!! Just a thought but i would like to see all theme makers have one and get rewarded for there work. I'm sure not all will donate but for those that do 5 bucks here and there is money in the bank! I know you don't do it for money but still.

i agree. i def. would throw some cash towards the theme makers. a lot of hard work and def. time goes into this.
I just realised that very few people actually donate to our devs like rotastrain,donbonone,,mr.rusch etc etc
Do you like modifications for tf3d?and if you do are you ready to donate for it?
I see loads of mods by rotastrain in special..i think he n others deserve our two cents!!

I am a fresh nub to this!!! Ive only been reading this forum for a week now but have learned sooo much about my phone and the things it can do! i knew NOTHIN at all about this. I just came across in the market here on XDA. That Tiffany. The mother of the best theme on here for our phone ( nothing but the honey) is having to sell here phone to help pay for her back surgery. This will be in my eyes a great loss to our community. I would love for some help on getting a donation post set up to either buy her another phone or just to help with her bills so she can keep deving for this phone.
Any help would be most appreciated. I have no idea how to do this myself. Go forth and get the word out troops. Lets do some good for a super sweet person.

Ouch, I've been through back surgery before... but mine cost around $200,000! Lol, I get paid in a few days, I'll be sure to donate just because of how much I know it sucks to go through. What kind of back surgery? I am taking it that this donation is for the co-pay. I get paid Friday, so I will be hitting that button for her and the CM9 Devs then.

I don't really know what to say besides thank you. I've never in my life had a group of people do something like this for me. I've been scared to death, as I have a family to take care of and the surgery seems risky. Either way I know I have a lot of your support and prayers and I'll get through it. But I just wanted to thank you again for caring about me.

If that's the link in my signature than ya or I have a donate to me under my avatar or my email for PayPal is [email protected] but u guys don't have to do this. I've never had anyone, even my family try and do something like this for me so just the fact that u guys thought of something like this means the world to me. U have no idea how much this has touched me and I'll never forget it. Thank u so much.

Thanks again and as long as I'm capable I'll still be working. I've been in a tremendous amount of pain but I love making something that you guys will appreciate. It's the reason why I continue to do it is for people like all of you.

i thought this website was best for android developing :/ but no .>! no working cm7 yet ? i mean cmon billions buyed this cheapest sgy ! they al might be so dissapointed -_- ! i would like to give a shot to the androidforums blog something ! let's see if it's faster then this xda
and what is your contributions? if you want cm7,cm9, or whatever os you wan't to ported to sgy as fast as possible, paid professional developers to do for you. but i am sure it will cost you the same amount money with (at least) 2-3 galaxy s3. that's if you can find a developer willing to do for you.

Sumtimes Doesn't even understand how to change permissions of a file.. nd after reading some blogs nd trying out some custom roms expects dat CM will drop from the sky!! ..Well lemme tell u.. The Major developers r same over every forum.. Nd this is the largest of em! So If u can't find sumthing in xda... U probably won't find it anywhere! If u r so desperate.. Donate to one of the developers who r trying to build CM7 bt doesn't hv our device.. still they r trying.. Try to appreciate the effort for a change!!

dont mind threads like this some people have no idea on how hard it is to port CM or MIUI to a android phone, some even take years to get a working port however we have highly skilled devs who are dedicated to port the rom for us, complaining about it wont get us there
so its either you'll sell ur SGY for a SG-Mini or ace or fit, SG-mini is cheaper than SGY now and some will trade your SGY for a mini, and it has a CM7 and ICS port, before you bought the phone you should have done a extensive reseach on what will it benefit you and what are the phone's limitations
so sell or trade it on ebay or somethin, and be considerate that its not the dev's job to port anything, have a life and understand it, give thanks to small things we have in this little community of ours in which i love
The fact is dat these guys only deserve the stock! But they r getting sooo much more than that.. that they donno nd dont want to think about the hard part!! Just whinning all the time!
