I have a problem with my rom: it's german and i want to chance to dutch/english (have 2 files waiting).
While updating it have an error after 1%..
I installed hardSPL.. but it still won't update, stops at 0%
What do i have to do?

Okay good to hear that it worked for you, I'm pretty sure you won't brick it.
As long as you have hard-spl unsigned then nearly nothing can go wrong.

I installed WM with the developers kit with succes!
Works like charm..
The difficult part is finding all the information you need..
If someone has a link to the latest dutch rom, i would be more than happy to get it!
(I found some on the htc wiki page, but old versions..)
You could also help me if you have a DUTCH S/N number of the device, then I can download it from HTC's support page..
(with my serial number, I can only download german roms.. )

Hi guys,
Im one of the guys with a hw6915 who wants the upgrade that HP doesnt seem to be prepared to do any time soon....
Ive been reading as much info as i can, but im of the web programming/design/it support side, and less the programming/development side of things...
Im getting to grips with things i think, im going to need the drivers, the os and things and then need to cook a rom... therory is fine, but i need to pointers...
I read that i can use certain parts from the htcuniversal drivers ie camera/bluetooth/sound...
if a wm6 rom is coming for this, id like to help, or if i need to get this going with my limited knowledge but boundless enthusiasm then ill do that too.

hw6915 bluetooth manager not working
hi im new to this ive got a ipaq hw6915 witch i love had a problem after i installed a program it locked it in boot mode so i found a patch to re un boot but now my bluetooth manager just locks up the phone when i click on it & i cant up date my quick gps any more please can you help is there a driver or some thing????? its runnuing wm5 the bluetooth is bt-ppc/pe version 1.7.1 build 6700 please help me????????

Heya.... Stupid question I am sure, but i am going to ask it anyways...! How do I load a bin file to update my 6915 with this eng rom please? I keep having massive failures and incompatibility issues with loads of other roms i have downloaded... drivin me nuts! I keep bricking my 6915, and recovering it with a handy tool i found...!!! but i am stuck with a french phone... drivin me nuts!!!!! Help would be very much appreciated! If anyone else is having 'bricking' issues of the phone stuck on the boot loader... ill drop the app here happily! Hope to hear soon!

no, you don't need to have it cid-unlocked. everything is in this great forum! read this:

after you've flashed your phone with the USPL, you can have ANY rom you want on your phone!
if you got tired of the rom of your choice, you can change it again! simply flash your device once more with the USPL, then flash with another rom of your fancy. as great as that!
remember, as a precaution, just ALWAYS flash your device with the USPL first before you flash again with any rom.

I did flash my brand new Diamond today I get some trouble but after updating the HardSPL i updated my phone with the english ROM WWE and it works fine but know i have to find how to unlock the phone !

What version of touchflo does this contain? And is it some custom orange one or the unbranded one?
I've flashed my diamond with the dump (after signed it with olipro NBHutils) but it doesn't boot, it stuck at the "HTC diamond" boot logo.
Any chance to have a "ready to flash" Orange rom ?

Ok, i'm really frustrated now... trying to flash voor houres (3 or 4!). First of all i'm from the netherlands so my englisch is not to good!
Oke, i downloaded HardSPL V2 and used te tutorial from this page: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=370434 but after step 7 it gives an error (262 update error).... I restarted my computer tryed on my laptop... hard and sofs reset on the device didn't work either.
At the moment the only thing what i want to is is throw my diamond at a wall and see it flying arround in little part... But it's a little bit to expensive for that kind of jokes (someone on youtube maybe?)
i really hope somebody can help me!
The Hard SPL thread you point is for Polaris if I'm not wrong. Try unsigned Hard SPL from this thread (check attachment in second post there).

i'm not sure doing that would give you hebrew if your device is not originally from Orange IL
the PDAC heb support is liscensed, and probably verifies the device IMEI
i guess you right on this.
this's the way the PDAC heb liscensing worked with the HTC TyTN sold by Orange.
