Rom Request? How much?

Hi there.
I am a danish user, and im not giving up.
Since theres no danish roms anywhere on this site, which is a really cool one, with great people, we danes REALLY need a danish diamond rom.
What will it cost to get you programmers out there to make one? since you obviously only use that WWE thing which is utterly useless to danes

I am currently working on my own rom, and it's danich.
Its based on (1.93.403.2), the newest i could find for DAN.
It's tweaked, and have some extra apps, now i just need to edit some things, and then i'm done.
I can upload it, when it done ?

one more dane here.. it would be nice - and even nicer if you would make a benchmark test to compare it to the other ones - bepes in particular

not suer what all the benchmarking is, as long as its danish and faster or somehow longer battery than the original danish rom im happy

wm6.1 or 6.5 on gsmart ms800

Hi to all!
Is there someone who have an idea on how to upgrade a gsmart ms800 to wm6.1 or better on 6.5? i took a look at many forums and many sites but i've never cooked a rom and i don't know how to do it, i've downloaded the official roms but they all are for wm6.0...

i'm so proud for receiving this post from you, because i've never receive any answer from this forum and i was thinking no one mind about gsmart users.. but i know we have a minor brand and so there are not so many "gsmarters". I think the only way is to ask to the other boys with gsmart to lift their voices only with a post in this (or other) thread and then i think we could do something good.

Yep, me too have a gsmart winmo phone - a MW700 and i'd love to put windows mobile 6.5 on it.
It's very hit and miss on this forum as to whether anyone will even bother to reply to you. I guess people are busy with other things on other phones.

I think we need a developer who buy a gsmart.. i tried to cook my own ms800 rom using the instructions on mybestpda but i had many problems. I so hope someone better than me can work on gsmart roms. I think i've lost time enought, so i prefer to wait.. bye bye

It's really from mybestpda i've start my adventure on cooking a rom for ms800.. because it's really a good site, but there is no roms for ms800.
There is a thread on cooking roms and i tried loosing so much time...
There is another site www.gigabyteclub.ru that is really good and is in Russian,but there there are only russian roms and i don't understand how to use the kitchen (in russian), google translator it's not enought for me....

Gsmart Problem
Hello guys, i have big problem, i try to flash my Gsmart MS800 with modified rom and now i can't start the phone, only see light display. Sombody know the key combination for bootloader menu? I want to reinstal the original one.
Hope smb will help me, otherwise i have to throw ot of the window this phone

i had a problem like you some months ago, and the main board of the phone was burned.. i hope it is not the same for you, mine was an original rom so i could use warranty.
I think it's better for you to go on www.mybestpda.com and search in the forum..

No. That is not how this forum works. When you come here, don't talk about getting served in days. First, read the forums for a few weeks, get to know the forum, the people and the content. Then it's reasonable to start asking questions.
Many people before you have asked this question - all are welcome here, but not on those terms.

TomTom is the best GPS software for X1 it`s faultless! aslong as the maps are available for your counrty

but tomtom maps are specified for certain countries, for a person who travels alot i recommend garmin xt - even though it's a bit complicated when it comes to map making, but it's reliable

Try Palringo. It's free, and pretty. I believe it uses less battery than IM+. (still quite a bit to leave on all the time.)

I seek a developer for an Win Mobile app. I have the API of the app which is already on android and i'd like to know if you can do this app for me.
This app is for a French web site : Footito the concept is : A false Facebook with French football team and some other English Italian German and Spanish team and with the national team.
I propose that to you because the developers don't do the WM app, they think it's not important so they open the API for the WM dev.

well... for just "reading" the news and infos, you already can use a simple RSS reader !

Sure we can do that but with the RSS we can't see the comment and in the futur, the version 2 will support the add of comment and other thing.
