Hey guys... my Excalibur bit the dust a few weeks ago and I'm moving on to the G1 until some better Android phones are released. That being said, I've got a brand new Seidio 1300mAh battery and a used (2 months) eBay 1200mAh(?) battery.
Looking for $35 shipped for both of them, Priority Mail with USPS.
Here's the thread I put up in the Marketplace... don't seem to be many Excalibur users looking for batteries there.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=537199
Anyway, I've always enjoyed this forum, so I figured I'd offer someone a good deal on these batteries.

Anybody hunting for XDA2 here is a list of ebay xda2 on sale now, this guy has sold a bunch of them in the past and has excellent feedback.
Go to www.ebay.co.uk and search for 3379006265 if that one is sold just click on sellers other items, It says he has 15 units for sale.
I bought from him. Very reliable person
Regards,
Claudio.
Claudio,
What about invoice and warranty?
Rgds,
Jos
Crap!
I just spent £85.00 more than I needed!
DOH!
um.... seems tempting to buy one but seems too good to be true :S
his user id name has been changed past 30 days
and also if he has sold 15 units before dont you think hell have enough cash to buy a digicam
I bought mine on ebay for £375 brand new, for some reason the price is coming down very quickly.
damn why cant i find a cheap xda 2 one at £375 would do me fine lol or even £350
help lol
£400 is bit much for me to spend on a phone im 17, no job, student gah
Well at £399 I think its still a bargain, there is nothing stopping you from contacting the previous buyers, just send emails to the people that have given feedback.
eBay @ £399
I bought one from this guy, I too were concerned re the change of ID however changing your ID doesn't negate your feedback profile it follows you. I did contact a previous buyer who was pleased with his service.
Mine arrived yesterday by Special delivery, brand new as stated and it took a whole 3 minutes to unlock it using the software from this site.
Just having fun learning to use it now.
O2 may have commisioned a great product but as phone providers they suck, spending most of my time getting their s#*t of the XDA II.
The reasons why people change id are many, it can be that the person was using an account along with other people, or a private trader that then becomes a business and wants his id to reflect his trading name etc. I am very good at checking up on frauds, I got bitten once and that was enough for me. I am glad you got a good deal from him, the fact is he could get more if he auctioned them instead of buy now but he told me he is happy with his mark up and he wants to be known as a reasonable person with very fair prices. Anyway, I just bought an xda2 on ebay using "buy now", it is 3 weeks old in box with everything supplied, cost me £279.
i live in sheffield and got the 1st one from him sunday before xmas. went to his house and picked it up. he is 110% genuine and works for some large software company.my feed back is by wot you want on his 2nd page.grab a bargin they are brand new and sealed and i got the unlock code via o2 (for free) so if they were hookey i would have got to know!!
Orderer one as well myself. Shipped Tuesday arrived this morning. Everything as expected. Easy unclock instructions inside. I hope he'll sell me some more as I'll need to supply to some friends of mine
i bought one from this guy also ,very trustworthy, arrived 2 days later
Hey guys, I have decided that this handset is far too unstable for my needs. A 76% chance of the 'no sound in call' issue is too much for me.
As some of you have prolbably read, due to the whistling screen I am getting a brand new XDA2s sent to me by 02. Should arrive very soon. I am going to sell or swap it before even opening the box and try for either an XDA2i, iMate Jam or Sony Ericsson P910.
I thought, seeing as you were all so supportive and helpful I would offer this forum first shout at it before I put it on ebay. I will sell it for a slightly lower price in appreciation. If anyone has any offers of swaps or money I will consider anything.
Sorry if this is against the forum rules. If it is I will gladly retract the thread.
Cheers -Mike
ah well, shame you said today, as my bro wanted one and he just entered into a 12 month contract just to get one!!!! id have prob made you an offer!!!
Hmmm, I solved the Call silence problem by upgrading just the Radio Rom to 1.12. Never had the screen issue tho.
As for stability, Corporate Mode solves all.
Give the new one a chance.
Or pm me if still selling.
Well theres the problem, I'm not up for taking it out the box to give it a chance when the odds of a crappy screen or crappy radio hardware are so high. I'd rather just buy something I know will work.
I am defo still interested in selling. I gather you can buy an XDA2s on ebay for around £310. I'll probably sell for about £285 if anyone fancies it.
I've seen them go on eBay for £225 so good luck getting that price.
I might be interested in swapping my Brand New XDA2i for the 2s. The 2i has all the original packaging obviously and is unlocked.
Make me an offer as the 2i is worth slightly more.

Really?!?! For boxed brand new ones? I only checked what was on today and £300 seemed about average. Hmmm, perhaps I'll ebay it.
Considering the 2i offer. Thery're both the same price from the O2 shop. I know 'cos the 2s was actually an insurance replacement for my XDA2 and I had the choice of 2i or 2s.
It's a shame to sell 'cos the 2s is such a nice concept, but it all seems so rushed. From what I read on these forums, changing ROMS rarely works for noticably improving stability. I really don't know if I trust HTC devices now. I mean before the BA, I had an XDA2 which was a bit more stable, but if I was ever waiting for an important call I' have to swap handsets. I also had the Orange C500 and it was appauling for receiption, no sound in calls and a lack of basic phone features :S
If anyone has a Sony Ericsson UIQ device I would gladly swap.
I also have a P910i which is brand new fully boxed and unlocked. I got it on an upgrade but I havent used at all.
add me to ur MSN contacts [email protected]
so we can chat about it.
Where abouts do you come from and how would be do the swap?
SCGriffiths I added you.

As for average pricing of the BA's on Ebay ( I tracked them for over a MONTH, before purchasing both an SPV M2000 and an XDA IIs ). I'd say that the prices have gone up and come down and gone back up again.
I just saw two auctions close within an hour of themselves, where someone got an MDA III for about 250 GBP, and an XDA IIs went for 311.99 GBP, so go figure. Some of the ones going for less we a year or so old, and rather used. Those have been seen for around 205-215 GBP.
So if you've got a brand NEW one, in the box, with the wrapper, I'd say START at 250GBP ( If you're not going to swap it ), and if you can get up to 300-320, you're not doing too bad.
Good luck. I haven't decided which one I'm going to sell the SPV or the XDA IIs. They're both unlocked ( Gee, I wonder where I got the software to unlock them....Hmmm )

I tried posting this on craigslist and it didn't get any hits, and ebay is nto worth it with the listing fees, so here it is.
I'm selling an O2 XDA orbit, Its in decent condition, i put on a new fascia about 2 months ago, which i purchased from ebay. the battery might be dying but I'm not quite sure. The vibrate motor is either broken, or doesn't work. I no longer have a torx screwdriver to inspect. Its already fully unlocked and i reflashed it with a rom i found on this board, it works quite well with WM 6.1. I'm selling it because i could use the money, tbh. I'm just going to go back to using my old samsung slider. I'm selling this with the original O2 german box and all accessories included.
either PM me here, or email me at [email protected], with email bein preferred. Ill ship to the US, and possibly other countries too if the price is right. Thanks!
Wow really? no one?
Hi Andreys2012
How much are you selling it for!
no scams here. the full details of what happened are below but essentially i'm giving away 1 touch pro 2 cdma 2000mAh battery. if you're based in australia, you're most welcome to it and all i ask is you pay for shipping....which will be less than 5 bucks. we can settle it through paypal or bank deposit. sorry but i can't ship international as mailing systems here are quite strict about sending batteries. so if you're interested, do drop me a pm. i also have the original box and the manuals if needed. i bought the battery from ebay, the brand is andida. i'm quite satisfied with it when it was being used by my unit.
the reason i'm giving it away. last nov 12 was my last day for working for my company. on that very same day my phone was stolen. i reported it to security and lo and behold they said they couldn't help me as i was no longer an employee....just one of the reasons why i moved to greener pastures. anyway, had my sim blocked as well as the imei.
i have property insurance and have now received my replacement phone (hd2). with that, it'll be shame to simply chuck the battery in the bin or in the cupboard. thus, do drop me a line and i'll send it off. if no one's interested, i'll probably give it off in ebay for 99 cents. and if that fails, bin it =)
cheers
Do you by chance have a docking cradle that charges the seperate battery? I could REALLY use one of those.. but being out of work at the moment I can not afford any more toys... I could cover shipping though... Thanks in advance for your responce
on expansys they are selling sg2 original battery fir 24.50 dollars ? are they trustable or they are just selling chinese batteries with samsung logo
Expansys is averry big and global webshop seller - I've bought there 2-3 times with no problems. The delivery times were slightly long (~ 3 weeks)
bought 2 smartphones from them, had to call them tho to make sure they've sent the phones
They're reliable, ordered my phone from them and even got refunded for the discount they did the next day.
Yeah guys but i mean that they said there are selling original batteries for s2 but i really need to know if they really are selling original batteries out there...because i search my whole market no original battery available there

Read what they have written original has to be original or you can complain .
/return the item .
As Expansys had the item on pre order and are pre ordering other model Samsung batteries you are buying Samsung battery from a top class supplier .
jje
Expansys sells retail products, no aftermarket unless specified.
yes they are very reliable , i had made a few large business with them a few times
Yes they are but they are dearer than a lot of other retailers which is why i wouldn't use them again but they are definitely legitimate.

Hi there,
I'm here, just joined the XDA Circuit to try to offer some customer support in here where possible...
Please let me know if I can help here at all. Not sure what batteries you were looking at (?) or if you've gone and bought one yet (?) but I can certainly vouch for the fact that we provide a money back guarantee etc and that we carry branded and non branded items - all clearly stated within product descriptions etc. You should never have any issue with that. You'll receive what you ordered (as per the product description notes and image included on our site)
We've re written our Terms + Conditions lately to reflect waranties + returns etc. Please feel free to check it out. If you have any questions, do let us know.
We want to help out where we can.
Cheers all
That's all cool & stuff, but let's face it, you guys don't exactly have the cheapest prices around
