Why don't the TF3D themes (.cab) work on some new Rom (WM6.5)

I've just installed miri's wm 6.5 ROM with topaz manila, but it doesnt have the new top bar Topaz icons.
Is there a CAB which I can install these icons with?

I have a strange problem. I have Ervius Kitchen 9.6 with WM6.5 SYS/XIP 21234 and I don't know what to do to have standard WM6.5 system icons like everyone on this forum have in their WM6.5 ROM's. I have in my kitchen EXT package with Topaz shourtcat's icons and MPI_ProgramIcons.dll but when I disable it then I have no icons at all

i have One Question: is posible install Manila 2.5 on clear os 6.5.x and funcionali correctly ,but is must instaling with Rom (where manila is included)?
PS: VGA manila 2.5 full version still not complete ?

I've built a lot of 6.1 roms for my diamond with the old style kitchen.
Is it possible to build 6.5 roms with the old style kitchen and not with visual kitchens because i love to work with it.
If so, how, because when i port sys and xip, greloc'ing the sys gives an error.

or any TF3DHDB3 cab file. with sense out there?
