I do not believe that this is WM6 on a trinity. I think this is the Crossbow Wisbar Advance Skin that I use with a fake Info Screen?!.

Core version and build are the same as for latest tytn's rom.
windows update applet is in system settings as in 17736 build of wm6.
But only one thing is really strange, it's OK button...
btw, these screens could be from tytn's rom.
or it's 1st april joke)?

Well he posted it on March 30 or March 31 on some countries. So its not Aprils fool.
Yes it's very simple to put a screenshot from tytn with wm6 for exemple in the trinity's photo.
What is the point of posting this and then just nothing! Why doesn't ovosleep comment on it? Well I have the same feelings as most of you, this is fake! (Prove me wrong please )

3D cube, new contact manager ,slide lock, etc...I know these are gadgets...and some of you in the trinity forum like the "vanilla" roms nice and clean...thats fine too, but myself and I think alot of others would love the touchflo etc to run ...its cool to show of these phones against the nokia's / motorola crpr's.......lol

I have just downloaded all the software....and will read the the pdf on the train home tonight and begin my Rom Cooking.....asap :O)

I have just switched over to Vp3g 3.62 I do love the ROM but I switched over from the windows 6.1 mobile as I was using TNT but due to lack of support and answers I have come back to WM6 till something is more stable.
My question is, is there a way to change the type of Com manager? Or does it have to be cooked onto the rom?
How can I change the dialer? and the keyboard? Or do all these have to be cooked onto the roms as well?

You can change all of these with .cab files. you can check out DiStefano's Cab Collection
Spb has some Dialers that they made
Schen also has some Nice Stuff
they got some decent keyboards at freewarepocketpc.net
just look around, make google your best friend and you should be satisfied with what you find. good luck.
p.s. if you like a specific keyboard, com mgr, dialer, from a specific rom you can allways ask for them in the rom thread. some1 will most likely provide them for you if they're not already available as add ons.

That's for you to decide. Try them all out and see for yourself. It's the same answer you'll get from everybody. Everybody has different preferences and are looking for different things.

Well man, MrDSL and Galaxys would swear by DVH ROMS, where I would swear by PDACorner and CRC, and others would say different thing again, I for one can't agree with DVH, it is up to each individual.

hate to break balls but checking them all is in fact the best way to determine what best for you. most roms are really just things the respective chefs thinks are cool and useful which tend to differ more often than not. personally im running abusalza's V18 Non RBS Normal 6.1 rom and its been excellent for me. but only you can determine what you're ultimately looking for from your rom.

yes in that they have all the minute basic features that 6.1 offers (like threaded SMS) but the specific software installed varies

Ok this here is where you should really be looking at options, this guy's post was his first when he came on. Well done to him, and I would think it should've been a sticky.
He's not as active but he's done his homework. One more thing, I also liked Binky11's ROM .. shame he's not coming back!

wow the fact that that was a FIRST post is incredulous its a great list too its has all the more popular chefs more recent work. some are wm6 and some are wm6.1

Make sure to use the latest version of Manila and be ready that these versions change fairly often (at least atm) and therefore will need tweaking periodically.
It's a risk that you got to take. But if your themes are good, A lot of us wil want it.
