From o2 to htc ROM. :)

Hi guys,
I hope, naah, I know you can help me. You can find so much in this forums, it's almost too much that's why I wanted to ask before doing some risky things.
The next days I am going to get my xda diamond and I wanted to flash it with the original HTC rom or a "tuned" one, but it should have the full content of the original htc diamond ROM AND it should be in german. Can you tell me which ROM I should take?
Another question: When I flashed my HTC Herald I did some hardSPL before and then flashed the ROMs. Am I doing it the same way with the diamond? Do I need a special version of HardSPL for each ROM?? That's what I've read about...
And what am I doing if I want to "reflash" to default (o2)?

Original HTC P3300 WM6 upgrade ROM???

Hello!
I have a HTC P3300 and I'm looking for the original ROM upgrade from www.htc.com from WM5 --> WM6!
HTC deleted the upgrade ROM file from the support section and I can't download it now...
If someone has this original upgrade please help me.

Hi,
i really like this forum. i read a little beat about Manilla2d.
i have to update my rom for Manilla2d or i just can install it like all Cab FILE?
i really afraid to update my phone.
so if someone can send me link to can it will be great.
if it is can't be without rom so i will update my ron and happy to get a good link for sure to update my ron include Manilla2d.

The best way is to flash a new ROM, and to do that it is best to read this first:

Transparant Upper and Lower bars....How to ??????

I've recenly upgraded from WM6.1 to WM6.5 and its pretty good.........Is there any option or application which can make the both the bars (shown in the below pic) transparent.......

here it is,simplest way. instal,chose background from app,soft reset and voila
